Is anyone else still waiting for their September statement?
I submitted my readings on 4th, as requested, same as always. My last statement from Avro was in July. I have tried to contact them to request my August and September statements but I have had no response from them

Hmmm! I'm currently just over £250 in credit with Avro with the next DD of £100 due on the 23rd. Wondering whether I should cancel it?!0

Probably not a good idea at this point. You'll get any overpayment back in the long run but you won't get back any increased charges from when the DD is cancelled.
