My simple and superfixed runs out Feb 21, I should have jumped on their simple and superflow before it was pulled but it was showing £11 more expensive, nothing really in the grand scheme and that mistake could cost me, now I'm thinking do I wait it out or maybe even go separate suppliers? Having said that I do like Avro, they seem fair and prices reasonable, maybe they will bring out another decent tariff Jan 21, I read somewhere prices are dipping although that could have been a dream I had lol.0

A lot can happen in the 5 months you have left so I would sit tight for now. Any saving is definitely better in your pocket than theirs!Prices are only going one way at the moment and with winter round the corner there's no sign of that changing any time soon.3

That is true;...however, sometimes it can be financially prudent to switch early to a slightly more expensive tariff while it’s still available,...thus grabbing another full 12-months at a fixed rate.
It’s all about timing and trying to predict when, and how quickly, prices will rise;...it’s not an exact science and far from easy.

@haggis_muncher
I used support@avroenergy.zendesk.com when querying my recorded readings and they resolved it quickly. All by email.

I've emailed them about a problem - issue solved but took 3 weeks for a reply.
Also phoned them today about another issue, 25 mins on hold but once again problem solved.
Issues weren't anything to do directly with them and always good at helping... just need to speed up them response times!0 -
