Consumerist said:Avro give a breakdown of unit rates and annual kWh assumed in the total annual cost. Exit penalties are advised but not included in the total estimated annual cost - they assume that you will be with them for the duration of a fix.Cashback comes from comparison sites and has nothing to do with the suppliers - so won't be included. If a supplier has included its own incentive then it's likely (never had one, myself) they will include it to make the deal seem cheaper.0

I joined them in July on the Simple and mPower12M tariff with no exit fees. First time I’ve noticed they have exit fees?0

I'm on Simple and SuperFixed and have no exit fees.

Not sure about this but didn't Avro announce that zero exit fee would only be offered to those applying directly?

To quote the Citizens Advice web-site:"We only compare prices for you - to switch to Avro Energy you'll need to contact them directly"

Neither has an exit fee, but presumably the extra £32.23 pays Uswitch's commission fee. I suspect that Simple and UConnect12M is exclusive to Uswitch.1

Avro appear to be one of the few companies that still offer a competitive 12-month fixed tariff with £0 exit fees.
Even with the additional cost of Avro’s latest tariff (Simple&Superconnect) which was introduced last Thursday they are still (I think!) the UK’s cheapest. Simple&Superconnect is available to new and existing customers directly via Avro’s website.
12-month fixed tariffs with £0 exit fees were very prevalent across the board not too long ago but they’re becoming as rare as hens teeth now.
