    Weird Ommission from AVRO Statement
Just checked my monthly statement from AVRO after submitting meter readings on 30 April (usual monthly date). Statement shows no charge whatsoever for Electricity and no meter reading. Gas figures correct.

Meter reading history shows the correct readings I submitted. I've emailed them but expect it will take some time for a reply.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Looks as though they might think you've changed your electricity supplier. Not good, methinks.

Hmmm I did wonder about that. I'll give them time to respond to my email. Can't face hours on hold on the phone.
Avro responded yesterday to my email on 7th. Apologised for ommission and have corrected the statement. I've no idea what happened but am satisfied with Avro's response time in the current circumstances.

I was already on Avro's Simple & Superfixed tariff it was due to end in Feb 2021, I went online and decided to renew it, so now it ends in May 2021. I thought it might be a good idea to extend the current tariff in case energy prices rise and if they go down I've lost nothing as the tariff has no exit fees.

How do you go about this?
Do you NOT login and ask for a quote?

Their system is a*** about face. You should NOT login, but click on get a quote, then when you give your address it says you're already a customer and asks you to login. Once you do that you get the quote and can choose your start date. Login first, and you can't do it!

On Avro's website, in the About Us page, they use the word simplistic incorrectly twice.  Simplistic means OVER simplified, ie it's a negative word. I also feel that the images on the website are just cheapskate stock photos and don't reflect diversity.
They just come across as stupid.

Just another example of people using £5 words when they've only a 50p vocabulary.  Truism, incredible, I could go on... :)
