Got an email on Wednesday 5th from support@avro reminding me that my current Simple & MSE Collective tariff comes to an end on 18 March. So I replied asking if as this was less than 50 days away would I incur the £60 exit penalty if I switched to their current Simple and Superflow tariff. It's now 48 hours later and I've not even had an automated acknowledgement.

If you read back a few posts it`ll tell you how to switch in "my account" and it does it right away.1 -
The tariff available through MSE called MSE tariff had exit fees unlike other Avro tariffs1

In any event, you are within the 49-day switching window so it shouldn't matter. Avro has probably assumed you could have worked this out for yourself so hasn't bothered to reply to your enquiry.

IME that usually says how long it will take for them to reply. Are you sure it didn't get caught by a spam filter somewhere? If not, I'd try emailing them again - even bcc yourself at another email address if you have one, to verify your outbound emails are being processed. If you really want a challenge, you could try phoning them.

To check outward bound emails being sent, no need to use CC or BCC,
just send a short test email and put your own email address as the destination.
Well at least that works with GMail.0 -
Clive_x said:To check outward bound emails being sent...I've no reason to doubt that outbound mail is being sent but just to make sure I sent an email to GMail and it arrived as expected.[Edit] I've sent an email to renewals@avro to see if they can do any better.
