No. 2 for me please, but with Queenie's amendment re. "healthy" in place of "E numbers".
Rubber chicken always reminds me of that joke... Man in Chinese restaurant "Waiter, this chicken is rubbery"... Waiter "Oh, thank you velly much sir". :rotfl:
I haven't posted yet on the roll call thread (can't remember proper title - it's me age) as I am so boring, but will do so now! Won't affect the youngies count though
.
Hey how long have we had all these extra smileys? :grouphug: :hello:   and there's more - brilliant!I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

Both two and four sum up for me what goes on here, but I also really like Queenie's option five, which I think is snappy and also spot on. It IS about "lifestyle", so I think that's a good word to include in the description.
I feel that living well and happily within our means is an important part of what we do, as it is the reason for the menu planning, budgeting, etc...0 -
Not trying to be funny but as a teenager would you prefer being out with your mates or looking on this board for tips? Um well exactly they want fun not looking how to save money unless your a student and there is a board for that. I'm 18 and I come on here
although I probably lurk more than I post
To me, although I haven't got a catchy way of putting it, this board is a bit like your mum or grandma passing on to you how to do things etc.0 -

Queenie, now don't be offended, and I loved your rhyme, but it's just that the two lines you quote above don't actually (rhyme)
.
If I might be so bold as to suggest an alternative, just for those lines.....
Home-made gifts and things for free
Passed on down the family tree...
That would make your brilliant poem scan, so whatdya think?I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe
