Evening guys. Still feeling positive. Been working a bit last couple of days so lots of body magic there!
Still haven't got my tree up (couldn't do it hen my anxiety was so bad), but the kids have got right into the christmas spirit today and have been playing out in the snow so tonight we are watching christmas movie whilst decoarting the tree and having a takeaway. I'm gonna have cheesy chips. Thats all. I'm still expecting a gain this week as I think last week has GOT to catch up with me, but I'm very prepared for it.

Realised I missed the HEA part off nacho feast, again. But I hadn't had my snack as I didn't feel like it so no harm done. But just in case anyone was wondering, HEA should be on dinner!Thank you for the syn value of flora buttery.

I can't find an exact match for those, but I know the supermarkets have changed the naming convention for meat/mince fat. So I'm going to assume they're these... Sainsburys Butchers Choice British Beef Quarter Pounders, Reduced Fat, chilled 4 pack (114g each)
And if so, they're 2.5 syns per burger.0 -
Great results for you june & musogirl.

Thank you for taking the time to look for me June. I thought we may as well use them up but didn't want to if they were lots of syns.0 -
Hi all, been Mia this week. Very, very tired due to work (Christmas performances etc) and evening meetings. Son has man flu and coughing is keeping everyone awake, hubby has it now so will be worse. Very emotional today too as Mumsys anniversary, can't believe it's 3 years already still seems like yesterday
.
Last week then hols and I so need them. Took my charge to visit his new school yesterday, I so hope they can help him. Still don't know if I'm going, need room in taxi as I don't drive. Also don't know what I will be doing while he's gone, am hoping not to do 1-1 but there's a couple need it so probably get one
. Just want to be general TA again
.
Congratulations to all the losers and hugs to those in need :A

Hi everyone!!
Hoping I can join you?? Been reading your threads for a bit now and you are all such a lovely, chatty bunch!
I've been a member of SW for a while - lost 3 stones, and just plodded on with food optimising! Back In June my Hubby and I realised a dream and we set off on a year travelling.
We are now 6 months in and the weight is unfortunately creeping back on ( about 1.5 stone.) We are currently In Cambodia and plan to stay here for 4 weeks, the place we're staying has a gym and does Aerobics so going to get really good body magic, but would like to incorporate FO again, as much as I can. Really don't want to come home in 6 months and have to lose its all again.
I like the sound of the Speed foods, but not sure what veg is not allowed? Or if Extra Virgin Olive Oil is still counted as a HEB choice?
Hoping you can help and I can join in your chat? Thanks!0 -
