Hi all,
Am due to weigh in today. My usual day is Saturday, but the consultant does a Thursday group and today's is earlier (3-5pm). The last time I weighed in was the 19/12, so I'm going to see what, if any gain I've got over Christmas. Then I will be back to Saturdays again the following week. Thought it would be better to weigh in before NYE, as I will be having some alcohol lol!
I want to buy some new scales, I had some Salter electronic ones a while, but they were body analyser ones and began to malfunction even after a battery change, they would come up with random numbers and quite often display "err", so I binned them. I don't mind electronic ones, but just want basic ones that will tell you your weight, where you don't have to enter a height etc. Or would manual be better? Also I need ones that will show stones as well as KG.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
Abba I have the Fitbit Aria scales which I love as they sync to my Fitbit app, but they're expensive. Got them in a Black Friday deal a few years ago, don't think I would have paid full price for them! Before that I had the Salter stowaweigh ones which were brilliant, as you can store them vertically so they don't take up any space. They do have the programming things for analysis, but from memory you don't have to use it - just tap and get on and it will only do the weight. They're only about £15 on Amazon at the moment too.
Today...
Breakfast - Arla, berries and granola. Coffee. (B1, 1/2 A)
Lunch - Omelette as I didn't have it yesterday (1/2 A)
Dinner - Jerk chicken and veggies
Usual B2 and syns for snacks and pudding0 -
