  • Hi everyone, just a quick post.

0.5lb loss for me this week which is nothing short of a miracle. I've not ate properly for the past few days due to a cracked crumbly tooth so my diet has basically been weetabix / soggy cereal / anything mushy :rotfl: I didn't hit my target but pleased to be heading into christmas on a loss, but well done everyone who managed to hit theirs :T Amazing loss for us all as a group though wow!!

Probably off plan now for a couple of days, I want to enjoy christmas without thinking about syns although I won't go daft and eat everything in sight (hopefully)

Big hugs dillon on your loss

Have a great christmas everyone xx

Hope everyone is having a good day.

Had a few little treats today, but not as many as I would do in previous years.

Had a lovely turkey dinner and prawn cocktail to start with. I made the sauce from the slimming world recipe. It was nice but spicy due to the horseradish, so I think next time I might decrease the horseradish.

Enjoy the rest of your evening. :xmastree::xmassign:
