    Good morning everyone! Hope you all had a lovely Christmas. Mine was OK, but the only food served at my in-laws that wasn't completely dripping in oil, butter or cream was a tiny head of cauli. So even though I didn't have a large portion, still feeling really heavy and bloated today. Oh well.

    Back on it today and have until the 2nd of Jan until weigh-in, should be enough to undo the damage and hopefully get another pound off to reach my 2 stone award.

    Breakfast - Usual Arla, berries and grapenuts (HEB1 + 1 syn)
    Lunch - Chicken and salad bits
    Dinner - Something and veg :rotfl: Probably sausages, but haven't decided

    Going to make coffee in a minute for HEA, other HEB and syns for pudding.
  • Hope everybody's had a good Christmas. I had a bad week before an early weigh in on Thursday. Managed a 2lb gain!

    partially back on plan tomorrow and the I've got 4 days to recover things before next weigh in.

    Hi everyone I ope you all enjoyed Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Just think we have New Years weekend to look forward to. At the moment I am feeling sickly I didn't have any tea I was over full from yesterday and today food seems to be up as far as my throat I couldn't face another morsel.

    So, this is my Sunday menu plan and I will post any losses or gains later on in the morning...

    Breakfast... Overnight oats A/B and frozen raspberries.

    Lunch..A cheese and egg toastie 6 syns Apple

    Dinner. Braised steak.B roast potatoes, mixed veg, clementine X 2

    Supper & Snacks f f fruitopolis, piece of iceland's St Clements gateau rest of my syns more fruit.

    A milk A cheese Bcereal B steak
    All my Syns ans a few more !!!
    Water, hot lemon water,

    Quiet in here now! Hope everyone is enjoying their break. :santa2:

    Ended up having a fry-up last night as it's what DH fancied. Had mine with carrot chips to keep it SP instead of toast or potatoes, was a nice change.

    Today...
    Breakfast - Weetabix and berries, coffee (A/B)
    Lunch - Chicken and bacon salad
    Dinner - Roast turkey and SW friendly trimmings

    I had bought a very small turkey joint for Christmas just in case we couldn't make it to the in-laws, so we're having that today to use it up. It's not on the app, but the calculator thinks it's 4.5 syns per portion including the skin and pork stuffing so not too bad!

    Afternoon all :)

    Having a proper lazy day today after a very busy Christmas! Also back on plan today and aiming to have an alcohol free day (or 2).

    We've got a joint of beef for dinner which is quite big so I'm planning to have some today and freeze the rest in gravy for another day. I'm doing roast veg - mainly bns with some potato and parsnip - and we'll have green beans and broccoli for more speed. Syns will be gravy and some horseradish sauce.

    Hi all

    Hope you all had a lovely Christmas. I didn't get the chance to post before as I was so busy. However shala I had a -1lb for week 7 and +0.5lb on week 8 so pleased with that.

    I had a lovely Christmas and dinner was fine as I had done the menu planning. A chipolata and one pig in blanket was the only syns with my dinner and three profiteroles for pud. Many many syns in wine though lol.

    Boxing day was dinner with mum and dad and we tend to do the left over meats with fresh veg and roast potatoes. Puds were blackforest gateau and leftover profiteroles. Again copious wine syns lol.

    Have my weigh in on Tuesday so will see how it goes but I am not stressing about it as being with my family is more important than counting syns. Plus I am out for lunch on Tuesday with my best friend so that will skew things as normally I just have soup or a mugshot for lunch on a Tuesday before going for my weigh in lol.

    If I don't get back on before New Years Eve I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and looking forward to our losses in 2016 as we had an amazing total this year.

    Back online lol and it looks like it's been quiet on here lol
    A quick up date: My usual weigh in day is Friday which was 1lb off so I was really pleased :)
    Only another pound before a total of 5 stone loss and only 3lb off target. So close now but progress has slowed down. I need to think about maintaining soon.
    Might have undone the good work as we were at the family's house and I think everything is cooked in lard and my body is no longer used to all this heavy stuff. I don't think I over-ate but I feel so bloated :(
    Back at home now and back on track. Hope the scales don't show up too much damage. I will try doing a few walks around the park again. I've really missed my exercise and I never thought I would hear myself say that lol
  • Hi everyone, hope you all had a good Christmas. Mine was OK considering, and I haven't gone mad on food simply because I didn't buy heaps of Xmas food in, but I have had some sweets and booze and not been on plan.

    I'm at about 12.4 at the moment so only about 2lb over my last WI. Too much going on this week to stick to plan; I'm going to eat SW meals at home when I can and not worry about the stuff I eat/drink(!) when with friends.

    Looking forward to seeing what the next challenge is and tackling it head on from the 4th! :)

    Good morning everyone I didn't post my menu plan yesterday for Today so here it is now.

    Breakfast.. Porridge A/B strawberries and banana.

    Lunch. Chicken salad beetroot salad cream 2 Syns bread 6 Syns.

    Dinner. Steak,couple of dumplings 5syns potatoes carrots peas few g beans

    Supper. 2 ryvita 3 Syns fruit. FF yoghurt.

    A milk B cereal
    14 Syns
    Water, ginger & Lemon tea.
