Where are all the queues? Nothing major to report here!
Condolences Dillion, no time of year is good to lose a loved one but this time of year is the worse. People expect you to be happy as its 'Christmas' but I know how hard it is to 'put on a face'.
Thinking of you and your family :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Sorry for your loss Dillon
Just popping by to say Merry Christmas to you all 🎄 and reporting loss of 1lb this week.
Doubt very much there will be any losses next week but will start again in Jan.0 -
Sorry for your loss Dillon, must be especially hard at Christmas. Hugs!
Went to my last weigh for this year and got a 2lb loss and my Club 10! Was hoping it would be more but still really happy with that as it was only five days, and I'm a whopping 6lbs ahead of my initial Christmas target.
Today's still on plan...
Breakfast - Apple and hifi bar at group (1/2 HEB)
Lunch - Ham and cheese salad, coffee (HEA)
Dinner - Nacho feast!
Haven't decided if I want wedges with dinner, which will tip the day to either EE or SP. We shall see. Syns and rest of HEB for pudding as usual.
I probably won't post tomorrow as we'll be at the in-laws, so happy Christmas all!0 -

Popping head round door to say, "Hi" and to wish you all a peaceful Christmas; thanks for being there for me over the past year.
I'll be starting afresh in the new year (when I also hope to be rather more organised than I have been of late) so I should be back in here much more regularly.
I hope Santa is good to you all.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
