Well done losers and target hitters!!
I'll be joining in again on the next challenge, really looking forward to it.0 -
Amazing losses overall,
Well done Arkers, BEG, debjay, Horseykaz, June89 and rebster :T:T:T
Ditto from meand thanks for the chart Shala.
Just back from doing our Christmas shopping - I forced DH to find something to give me as a surprise on the day! It's difficult to buy for each other as we've got to the stage in life that we don't need anything, and if we want something we just buy it so when it comes to buying gifts it's a struggle. However, I do like to have something I'm not expecting! Also bought a few naughty nibbly bits for visitors and some cheese and biscuits for Christmas night.
Tomorrow will be food shopping - there are 6 other days in the week after all when we'll hopefully be eating proper, on plan meals.
Have a good day everyone.

I am expecting a gain over the next week or so, but I will try not to be in denial, and I am going to stand on the scale and face facts. So long as I'm prepared I will gird my loins for the gain.:rotfl:.
Arkers x
Is girding loins like magic knickers?:rotfl:
:T on your loss and enjoy the bubbly:).Tomorrow will be food shopping - there are 6 other days in the week after all when we'll hopefully be eating proper, on plan meals.

I've only got a small list of things I still need but DH said our local shopping centre was gridlocked today with cars queuing to get into Sainsbury's:eek:.
We're the same with gifts. I can treat myself if needed but there's nothing I need. Fancy a couple of bits if they get reduced in the sales and I would like some Jo Malone cologne but I'm looking at the price and_pale_.
Still tipping down and blowing a gale (40+ mph) outside so I'm staying in.:D0 -

Hi all. Have been good today and not had many sins.
Have made mince pies using the slimming world recipe, not sure how they reckon you can get 32 out of the pastry. Just managed to get 20 out of it and that was with the pastry rolled out thin!
The pastry cutter was slightly smaller than the size suggested in the book as well.
Am looking forward to eating one though, just waiting for them cool.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

Thankfully, shopping is still enjoyable here even at Christmas - yesterday we went to a shopping centre and it was quite busy but we had no problem finding a parking space, we didn't have to queue for anything and there was no stress. Today it will be the supermarket nearest to us, and I expect it will be the same.
The Spanish celebrate Christmas but their big day is 6th January - that's when they exchange presents, have big family gatherings and everywhere will be closed.
Have a good day everyone, try to avoid stress and don't get blown away.

Today is my last day of work until the 4th of January, so there will probably be mostly radio silence from me with bouts of intermittent posting. :rotfl:
I'd like to wish you all a very happy Christmas. Personally I look forward to closing the door on 2015 in lots of ways and look forward to new challenges and moving on in 2016.
Thank you all for the friendship and support on here this year
We are a great little bunch and I really enjoy being part of the forum.
I ended up going out for dinner last night and had some wine. Think that's pretty much me now until the 28th. I'm in treat myself mode. Back on it on the 28th until New Years Eve.
I look forward to getting to target next year and no I will. I'm looking forward to a healthy year and really getting back into my exercise.
Have a lovely Christmas everybody, enjoy it how you like to best. Mine will be quiet low key, small family meal, looking after myself, enjoying some wine, cleaning, reading and working my way through my sky box. Sounds like heaven to me right now.0
