Well, been to group and very proud to announce I hit my target, gained my club 10 award, and lost -3lb for me please Shala!!! Absolutely over the moon. Merry christmas to me!!
Not too worried about Christmas, its New Year where I'm going to have to be careful. Working every day this week so going to be on my feet all week.
Also got SOTW but there were very few people in group so only got a little bit of fruit, but just chuffed I finally got SOTW at last!
Can't guarantee I'll be on much this week, but I'll try to read where I can. Keep on going folks. We can do this!!

Congrats on getting to target Wiz - what a great xmas present :T:T
Well done to all those still losing and to BEG and CP on reaching your Slinky targets:T:T
It's a 1lb loss for last week please Shala - was pleased as the xmas temptations were getting harder to resist and I gave in a few times:rotfl:, may not be so lucky this week:eek:0 -
Hi everyone!
Well done to all the losers, especially those who hit target! What an excellent Christmas prezzie to yourself! :T:T:T
I'm happy to report a 3lb loss this week! Did SP 95% (FF yoghurt) this week, no alcohol, or really any treat things ( 4 squares of Dairy Milk - synned) had to keep syns for not knowing how much oil was used in cooking.
I can see where SP would be useful, especially if you are on for a shiny one week, but I did find it a bit too restrictive for me, think I'll stick to EE and mix it up with R/G.
Where we are staying is doing a BBQ on Xmas eve for all the guests, so think that could be on plan if I'm careful! Will be wine syns too! Christmas Day will be a quiet affair, just me n DH, eating out somewhere so probably plenty of syns! But I plan to enjoy wherever we go!
Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas when it comes and enjoy it! :xmassign:0 -

:T to beg, cheese, CP and kaz. Lovely to see the losses rolling in.The_Cheese wrote: »I can see where SP would be useful, especially if you are on for a shiny one week, but I did find it a bit too restrictive for me, think I'll stick to EE and mix it up with R/G.
I'm pleased you tried it and it worked cheese. That's exactly how SW intend it, for an occasional boost rather than permanent.
I had a lovely time yesterday. Just an evening in a wine bar but not excessively festive with a normal menu to choose from. Didn't have anything very SW friendly except for a salad side;).
Back on it today 100%!!
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: something with ham and beetroot, probably omelette.lamb shank on trivet of leeks, parsnips and carrots with roast potatoes and broccoli.
Syns: scrape of spread, probably another bite of chocolate marzipan.0 -
Yay, thanks Shala! :j And congrats to debjay, as well as all the other losers this week.
maman, can I come to yours for dinner? :rotfl:
Today...
Breakfast - Usual Arla, berries and grapenuts (HEB1+1 syn)
Lunch - Chicken and bacon salad, coffee (HEA)
Dinner - Curry with cauli rice (ended up having the fish last night)
Other HEB and syns will be used for pudding as usual.
Managed to pop out today in a break in the weather, still horrid out there!0 -
Amazing losses overall,
Well done Arkers, BEG, debjay, Horseykaz, June89 and rebster :T:T:TSW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
Hello Everyone,
Well done to the SOTW and target hitters! Had a wet and windy weekend away, and drank way too much gin and fizz (not together, but could be tempted!)
Would like to report with a loss of 2lbs please Shala. Thank you so much for your chart, it has kept me focussed, and has really helped me:D.
I am expecting a gain over the next week or so, but I will try not to be in denial, and I am going to stand on the scale and face facts. So long as I'm prepared I will gird my loins for the gain.:rotfl:.
I have a magnum of Veuve Clicquot for Christmas Day. My mum won it and then handed it over to me!!! Happy days. I will totally enjoy this and although I will have to share I'm not even going to think about the syns.
To all fellow SW peeps, have a lovely break, and whatever you decide to do enjoy it.
Happy Christmas
