I weighed my clothes out of curiosity. DH is working late so I'm REALLY bored. :rotfl:

There's about 60g difference between my lightest and heaviest tops, although I wouldn't wear the heavy ones to weigh in as they're my going out tops. Out of the ones I do wear, only about 20g difference. At least I'm consistent! :p

Something like jeans would definitely add half a pound, but I've never worn those to group. Same as you, I change afterwards if I have to go somewhere else immediately.

I don't wear wired bras as they irritate my skin. I have loads of these

Though once hit target, I will get some proper bras as I have no idea how much I have lost on my boobs. So far, nothing.

All this talk about what clothes people wear to weigh in as me think. I currently do SW at home so weigh myself inn the nude! Not a sight class will want to see when I start going in Jan.

Did not have time to get online yesterday so here's what I had.

B - 2 x Alpen light, Apple, orange, banana, hard boiled egg
L - home made beef lentil and veg city with brown rice
T - home made special fried rice with loads of veg and ham

Hea - skimmed milk in cuppas
    Heb - 2 x Alpen light

Snacks - orange, berries and fat free yoghurt with mini meringues

Syns 2 coconut milk, 2 options hot chocolate, 4 mini meringues

    No excercise done :-(

Today other than branflakes for breakfast and spag Bol and salad for tea no clue.

Well I'm very happy to report a 2lb loss this week! The scale flickered several times between 1.5 and 2, but finally settled on the larger loss. Which gives me my 1.5 stone award, Christmas wish and challenge target all in one go! :j

Not going to reset the goal here Shala. I only have one official weigh in left before Christmas, may weigh in early at another group the following week if I can make one but my group is closed that week so don't have to. Next group target for the new year is Club 10! :D

ETA: Completely forgot to post my meal plan. I'm a magpie with shiny distractions. :rotfl:

Breakfast - Same as yesterday... Arla Protein, berries and grapenuts (HEB+1 syn)
    Lunch - Chicken salad
Snack - Apple and cheese (HEA)
    Dinner - Nacho feast!

I will probably have wedges with dinner, so officially sticking to EE but all my food is otherwise SP.

Flora Buttery is 5 syns a tablespoon, or 1.5 syns per teaspoon. Both level measures. If you weighed it, it's 8 syns per 25g.

    That's great june, well done.:T

Good for you sticking to the HEB with your breakfast debjay. Flora buttery is 1.5 for a tsp and 5 fro a tbsp., if that helps you work it out.

These are the 1 syn burgers BEG, and since I started them I haven't made my own. They're in the freezers in Sainsbury's right at the far end of the shop. Thank your DH for the cheffy tip. I add mushrooms to anything and everything.

I'm out dancing tonight with another nibbly buffet. On the plus side though, I've volunteered to drive so wine syns will be low or even non-existent if I don't have any when I get home.

    Today's plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB porage with HEB milk
    L: mushroom omelette
D: Whatever SW choices I can find
    Syns: tba

Dammit maman I'm sure they are the ones that I couldn't find before - the Be Good To Yourself Ones. Will have another look on my next visit. Will have probably cleared the healthy range to make way for all the Christmas naughtiness that's going on. :D. Will be thinking of you dancing whilst watching Strictly tonight - at least you will be the one achieving some Body Magic ;)

Speaking of Christmas naughtiness - a tub of Extra Thick Brandy Cream fell into our trolley in Lidl this morning - well it was a good price says DH  A large stollen bar also made it's way home with us and so far two pieces have disappeared. Nothing to do with me I hasten to add. DH had one with his cuppa as a reward for shopping in such horrible weather and then another piece after his lunch. Luckily it is something I can quite happily leave alone - phew :D

Well done june on your loss and gaining another shiney :T

I am trying not to look out of the window at the moment as everything is just white. Snowing quite heavily atm and it really looks as though it is set in and I have to go out tonight.

    Stay warm and safe everyone.
