Thanks JD and June, it has been a little while since I have done any meaningful exercise, so this could explain the blip. I do feel better already and it's only been a week. The gym has the most amazing weighing/measuring device called a boditrax. It literally measures everything, including your visceral fat, bone density and so many other stats. Really interesting stuff, not sure I understand all of the areas it covers, but it operates a traffic light system so you can use this as a barometer.
The target weight for me felt a bit ambitious, at 65.5 kgs. However I will take this with a pinch of salt and stop when I feel I've reached my target.
Well done HorseyKaz (does your name identify your hobby?) on SOTW. Thanks Shala, above and beyond as always.

Well done to all our lovely losers and congratulations to our joint SOTWers :T.
Thanks for the chart shala.

:T to b-e-g, CP, JPS, rebster and tulip. You've all had a loss since I last posted. Well Done!!
Good to see you back tazzy. I still make your delish recipe for savoury mince so I think of you often. Great idea to get back on plan before Christmas. You too, blackrose, and hope your DH picks up soon. Those hospital appointments must be draining.
Sometimes it is good to have a break if your head's not in the right place queen of cheap. You need to give yourself a break from feeling guilty. I'd suggest you try to stick to plan when you can.
smedley, it's good to hear that your mum is feeling slimmer and more toned even though it's not showing on the scales. Perhaps it's because although you're currently having a break from SW as such you're still eating healthily. Is she perhaps walking more, toning up because she's feeling fitter? It's difficult to say why but hope she's happy.
Just been looking at website (it's not improved:() and seems a number of changes in HEs. I was looking up Rankin soda bread which seems to have disappeared from the list, shame as it's rally tasty:(. It's so hard to keep up.
That meal sounds horrid lois, especially all the fat_pale_. Such a shame. I don't mind eating out and having syns if I enjoy them but what a waste of syns!
Good luck for tonight lantanna.:)

Hi Tazzy B. Nice to see you back.
I often make the lemon curd. It's great on scanbran and I like it with yogurt in a meringue nest.
I put the zest and juice of two lemon (or limes) in a heat proof bowl with two eggs and two tsp of sweetener (depends on how sweet you want it. I like it tart)
Whisk and put over a pan of boiling water and keep whisking until it is thick like Greek yogurt. At this point you take it off the heat and whisk in two tablespoons of yogurt or fromage frais. I have also done it without the yogurt at the end and it is really rich then and much more like a lemon curd but of course it doesn't go as far.0 -

Just after Cottage cheese on Heb Toast with Tomato and lots of black pepper. This is my favourite breakfast without doubt.
