Well done to all the losers. I'm a bit disappointed to report losing 1lb this week.

No need for disappointment - a loss is good, no matter how small. Imagine a pound of food - that's 2 packs of butter, or a bag of sugar that you were carrying around last week and not this week. :j

No Denise I was impressed it didn't split. My sister favours it for cooking over the rest so thought I'd give it a try too.

I got the Tesco Healthy Living one must go off now and check it for syns.

Good news is it's free! Definitely have to try the recipe lantanna.

I watched the Dr programme, or at least most of it as I fell asleep in part of it!:o Sorting out their eating habits certainly seemed to help the family with both health and fitness. A great message for us all.

musogirl, I have to ask what Eden project soup is?

We're out for a Christmas meal this evening. My (smoked salmon) starter and (pork with red cabbage) main might be OK but I've ordered a cheeseboard for dessert as I enjoy that far more than something sweet. Plus there'll be wine syns but they're allowed on Fridays;). I've done my meal plan ready for a shop in the morning so straight back on plan tomorrow.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk
L: YET MORE lentil and veg soup
    D: as above
  • maman - it's a soup they serve in the Eden Project Cafe. Lightly spiced and quite filling as far as soups go. Recipe here:

    https://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/recipes/recipe_directory/t/the_eden_project_s_moroccan_tomato_and_chickpea_soup.html

Switch out the oil and sugar for frylight an sweetner. I also added a couple of cubes of frozen spinach for extra speed!

I'm late posting today's update, have been out enjoying the sun while it lasts!

Breakfast - Weetabix and berries, green tea (HEB1, 1/2 HEA)
Lunch - Leftover pepperpot, bread roll and dairylea (HEB2, 1/2 HEA)
Dinner - Thai salmon fishcakes and salad

Weigh in tomorrow. Not sure how it's going to go! I'm hoping for my average of 3 as that will take me to next shiny, but really not expecting it.

Thanks for that. I've had lentil and veg this week until it's coming out of my ears!! If you read the reviews, some people have experimented with adding pasta or lentils too. Sounds good:).

Thanks to everyone for your positive comments on my loss. I'll maybe start posting my meals from Monday and see if it helps.

    Morning all :)

CP - pleased to hear you're feeling more positive. Was it you that was having counselling to help you with bingeing?

    LL :)

I have ha CBT for that and OCD along with seeing an eating disorder group in the past. I have accepted this is going to be a life long battle for me. It can creep back at any time.

Off to a wedding later so have had an early breakfast of marmite on toast. Will do a SW fry up as an early lunch and then take it from there later!
