No idea how much the mag is, but can't see it being more than a quid or two. Joining fee is normally £10, so a decent saving. :money:
  • Today was:

    B - Mullerlight and berries

T - SW speedy chilli and pasta, with 3.5 syns of cheese
Drinks - Coffee x3 (3 syns for sugar), Options hot choc later - 2 syns

HExA is milk, but again I've had no HExB - need to have a look at how I can work something in to my diet.

I'm going on my first run in 7 weeks tomorrow, an 8 mile trail run, should be tough! Breakfast will be porridge, lunch out and then sausage and egg for tea I think.

    Happy weekend all! x

  • Afternoony everyone

    Today's food:

B - porridge with apple and cinnamon
L - chicken tikka subway salad
T - SW burgers with chips & veg

Yesterday was a bad day, I ended up scoffing 30 syns of rubbish but as I've started doing flexi syns it leaves me with about 30 until Tuesday which is do-able I think

Syns for grated cheese and sauce in salad (6.5) and hopefully that'll be it for the day.

It's freezing here today, we've had snow on and off all morning so not planning on going anywhere. I'm a tad sore from the cross trainer yesterday so the only body magic I'll be doing is catching up on housework!

Stay warm everyone, have a fab day
  • Just back from group. A 1lb lossfor me this week shala.

Was a bit disappointed until I put it in perspective. I first joined my group this time last year. Three weeks later I found out I was pregnant. I am now 2st lighter than I was a year ago, having had a baby in the meantime! So not so bad after all!

    Hi all :)

The weather in the uk sounds dreadful, I hope everyone's managing to stay warm and safe.

I'm suffering with toothache again :(, dosing myself with paracetamol and ibuprofen which is just about working, I can tell when it wears off. It's really annoying, because I was suffering a month ago, went to the dentist and he couldn't find anything wrong. I have sensitive teeth and my bite isn't very good (the upper and lower teeth don't meet very well) and the dentist thought it was a combination of those plus the possibility I might grind my teeth in my sleep. I'm not sure he's right - I've got swollen glands on one side, which I assume means there's an infection. Anyway, I've made an appointment to see a dentist here in Spain, DH saw her last year when he broke a tooth and she speaks good English so we'll see what she has to say.

At least it means I'm not being tempted with synful things like peanuts - DH had a packet last night but I didn't risk having any.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    LL :)
