Ninth Anniversary Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks Maman :) the 2 weeks I was working solid overnights I lost 4lbs each week!
This week (thurs to thurs) I've been working a mixture of shifts so maybe it was that that threw me? Although I think my menu and diet stayed pretty much the same... Who knows.

The club has been in a variety of different venues the last few weeks as the church hall we're normally in is being renovated, would something silly like an uneven floor affect the scales accuracy?! Or is that a silly question? :rotfl: I can't blame it on hormones as shark week has been and gone...

rebster, yes, you are doing Green days. There are two bonuses in that you can have an extra HEA and HEB each day if you want and the lists of available HEBs particularly are much longer. Also you don't have to have a third Speed food if you don't want to although personally I think the more you have the better. Remind me, do you have access to the website?

Thanks maman, that's really helpful. I haven't been have the extra HEs, and won't have them just for the sake of it, but it's good to know the option's there. Also good to know about the speed food - I always try and have as much as possible but it's good to know that if I don't get my full 1/3 I'm not going to mess things up. I do have access to the website, yes.

Hugs to all of those with bad news at the moment .

If you go to My Weightloss Tools and then scroll down to Classic Food Diary, choose Green and then Healthy Extras that'll tell you all the HEB choices you can have on Green. HEAs are milk and cheese as usual I think.

DD is coming to drive us to a new SW place tonight to weigh in.

I am not expecting to have lost any weight as I took another DD for a "healthy" lunch which was a 500 cal pizza (middle cut out and filled with salad). I felt really virtuous till checked online and found out it had 21 sins!!!!!!!

I must stop guessing at syns!!! :o

Officially confused now as I expected to have put on a pound or at the very least maintained.

    I lost a pound!!!!!!

DD who has been in France on business and practically force fed has managed to maintain.

We are both pleased but puzzled and plan to get back to basics for the following days etc and stock up on speed food.

Lois~~Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts.

    Not best of days today.
Could not even motivate myself enough to get out of bed to go to yoga & well the cat was nice & comfy!!

meg~~hope life is treating you well.

frogga~~still miss you my friend :(

Thanks Beanie, yes life is treating me very well at the moment, had a really great time in Southport, lol went for a firework display and stayed 10 days, the New man lives with his son 35 so the house is always full of young people and I love it, his sister and brothers have made me very welcome and the neighbours are very friendly so have made a lot of new friends. Am back home now to sort out this housing inspection, weigh in as got a notification on line that I am an absent member, and spend some time with my poorly friend, its not looking so good for her as white blood cells are very low, but Hey we have almost lost her 3 times this year but bless she fights back.

Sorry you are not very motivated at the moment but Hey girl whats the manta, Beanie style, yep keep plodding, love it.

Quick post , I have put this on Food and Groceries but thought would share it here, Asda have reduced their joints of beef to £4 kg and really lean pork loin to only 2.97. I love to buy a beef joint and usually cut in half for a roast, then slice of some for steaks, chop some into chunks for casserole and mince the rest for extra lean mince. You do need to stock up if you want some as it will go back to full price for Christmas.

Nearly back on track today and had a 1½ hr walk with Molly Dog.

On a positive note, I had a job interview today for an office assistant (4 hours a day 5 days a week). I was offered it this afternoon. :j:j:j I have been out of work since end of last month.
Hopefully this will help me stay on plan.

    I'll post my meals tomorrow.
