I'm disappointed I put on a half, I'd pledged another 4lb loss and I'm not sure where I've gone wrong! I gave in my food diary though so maybe my consultant will see something!

    Plan today:
B: HeB sandwich with HeA Philadelphia light, lean ham, lots of lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, tsp light mayo
L/D: I may not have lunch, I should get some sleep as I'm working tonight but at some point today I'll have gammon slices (I've just cooked a joint), scrambled eggs, tomato and mushrooms.

To eat at work I'll take gammon slices and mixed veg (broccoli/baby corn/carrot/sugar snap peas), a hifi light bar and a satsuma probably.

Syns: 1 hifi light (3), 1 tsp light mayo (1) not sure what else! X

That looks fine. I wonder if the fact that you work nights and have your meals at irregular times may be something to do with it. I'm not saying it won't work, it will, but in a more irregular pattern than for some people:).

Maman - that's a good way of looking at EE and EESP. I did a couple of SP days this week and it seems to have paid off - I had a loss of 2lb - I've never lost that much in one week in the 5.5 years I've been doing SW! But having said that I've never had a gain of 3lb in one week before - only after a 3+ week holiday!

Have you had your gallbladder out? I had gallstone problems a couple of months after birth of 1st DD 5.5 years ago. Had regular pain attacks for about 4 months and was on waiting list for surgery. By the time surgery was getting close I realised I had been pain free for several months so cancelled the op as was a really awkward time for me to have surgery. I've had a few very minor attacks during the last 5 years and I was warned that another pregnancy could anger it but thankfully that was fine. I'm now 3 months post DD2's birth and starting to get nervous as this was the point at which it started last time!

Yes! You missed it all lol some might say you are lucky!:rotfl: I got really ill with it from Christmas onwards, several hospital trips, many scans, a split head and I got it out in June. I pray you don't get any flare ups with it as it is really really horrible. You couldn't even describe the pain!

I know!! the people at work are mean...;):p

I wish I could give up fizzy drinks.. :( you're so good to be able to do it :T I've tried so many times and failed!

Down to 1 can a day and 2 glasses at night at the moment.. far too much still :(

Better than loads though, you've cut back and that's great. I just usually drink green tea at night in the house now, wouldn't really have much Nas even. I worked for a big fizzy drink manufacturer years ago! Yes the red one and we could have as many tins of fizzy as we wanted during the day there was no limit and you weren't allowed to bring in drinks made by other manufacturers. I should point out before I get sued they did supply water and it was also available! :rotfl:

Oh you just reminded me there is a good programme on tonight where a Dr goes to live with a family. I think its called Dr in the house, BBC 1 at 9pm maybe. Looks like the sort of thing we all like on here! :rotfl:

Tried the Skyr Arla Blueberry Yogurt today was very nice, more like Quark than yogurt. On offer in Tesco right now, would be lovely with some meringue nests and extra fruit.

Gosh, thank goodness it's out now then! Have you been ok since? I've heard reports of people still having probs after it has gone.

Yes the pain is something else. The worst attack I ever had, DH called an ambulance as he was convinced I was having a heart attack (this was before they found the stones as it took ages for them to agree to scan me as the docs all kept saying I was too young to get them!) I always said the worst attacks were worse than childbirth!

Apparently he advises the family to lose weight and sorts out the junk from the food cupboards and recommends exercise so it should be just up our street!!:rotfl:
