Was really naughty last night and had a full chocolate binge, really fearful now I'm going to go all the way back. I don't want to but can't seem to stop myself eating at the minute.

Hugs love and snap don't know whats up with me have already raided DGS selection box, the Mans galaxy bar, big one AND a whole tin of Christmas biscuits, will be glad when its over and temptation out of the house.

 Oh dear. I suppose it is to be expected with all the naughties around but it'll be over before we know and we can all look ahead to new year.:)

lois, I've been gradually buying in cheeses because all the family like them. Today I bought a pack of melba toasts because they're only half a syn each so about the lowest thing I know to have with cheese or pate. And I got a couple of packs of Mikado so that when everyone else is gorging on the tin from M&S I can have some half syn treats there too.

    Take care😃

Thanks for your good wishes. I'm fine today if a bit drained. I do sort of HR work from time to time and yesterday was a sad case. I'm off to an Abba tribute band tonight so that should cheer me up:D.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Grapefruit, bacon, fried eggs, tomatoes, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, ham, spring onions, cornichons
D: Austrian hash with cabbage and peas
Syns: a couple for chorizo in the hash, not sure who's driving so can't estimate wine syns yet.

So sorry you had a sad case, always worse this time of year, hope the tribute cheers you up.

I cant believe what I have just done, was bathed dressed and sitting with my coat on waiting to go with DD and DDG to see Peter
Pan, only to realise its next week. Am now eyeing up the replacement chocolate I pinched and have opened a bottle of mulled wine early. I am 3lbs under target but at this rate I will be over by the time new year comes. lol.

    A decision has been made...
Mum and I have decided to only take 1 month off SW instead of two months; every December will be our big reward for keeping on plan for a whole year :) The countdown until January has begun.

I feel your pain elona - same happened to me. Had good week to find I had gained 1.5lb  All we can do is stick at it and hopefully we will be rewarded soon :D

Hopefully you are feeling better today maman especially after your night out.

Had quite a down type of day yesterday - just so emotional. To top if off DS phoned to say that he was being sent to A&E for xray as the dr thought he had broken his foot and would probably end up with a pot on it. Thankfully xray showed that it was badly sprained - phew. Told he has to keep exercising it with occasional rest and take plenty of painkillers. Hopefully he should be ok for work next week - counters in supermarket - some shifts are til midnight. It probably wouldn't have gone down too well if he had broken something especially after agreeing to overtime and with such short notice. I don't think he would have been very popular.

Off to hairdressers this afternoon for a cut and highlights. Cannot really be bothered and just wish I was back home.

Try to get some 'you time' for yourselves everyone whilst everything is becoming so chaotic out there.

Will catch up with you later. Oh forgot to say - I moved back home yesterday so will just have to see how things go. :D
