    Had to drive 6 hours to London to have a meeting today. Driving back now. Long boring day. Service stations are full of lots of naughty temptation to!

    Breakfast - porridge
    Lunch - salad and chicken
    Tea - chicken kebab, rice and salad

    Hea - skimmed milk
    Heb - 35g porridge oats

    Syns - Reece's peanut butter Xmas tree 7, pitta bread 7

    Breakfast.. Porridge A/B raspberries blueberries.

    Lunch.. Tomato soup 5 syns as it's Heinz. 2 ryvita 3 syns clementine X 2

    Dinner..chicken B potatoes, garden peas mixed veg. Apple

    Supper and Snacks.. Pear clementine X 2..2 s f digestives 3 syns 2 ryvita 3 syns

    A milk B cereal A milk B chicken

    B: NAS Grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast
    Lunch none:o
    Dinner: SW chilli (loads of Speed) with boiled rice and cottage cheese.
