  • Well done to the losers! :j

    Menu today:

    B - 2 x hifi (heb), 2 x clementine, activia
L - Jacket potato, beans, cheese (hea), salad
D - Vietnamese chicken (0.5), wild rice, ff greek yoghurt, berries, lemon curd
    S - mini doughnut (3), kitkat (5.5), popcorn (6)
  • STS for me this week. quite happy with that.
Been out to lunch today and had soup - the most sw thing on the menu. I am really trying to stick to it whenever I can but it is so challenging at this time of year. I did swerve the bread, butter and mince pies that were offered though so a small nsv.

maman I don't rate my consultant TBH. She's nice enough, but makes silly suggestions like not having the HEs if you don't want them and having free foods on SP (which she also never openly suggests doing - must be in the training!) because it doesn't matter. I do enjoy going to group as it's a lovely bunch of ladies but don't really learn anything there, most info comes from social media or forums like this!

I could say exactly the same. Are you sure you don't go to my group june??:rotfl:

Hope today wasn't too bad for you. I've got a stressful time planned for tomorrow but have decided I'll have some wine syns tomorrow evening. I feel better now I've planned it rather than having a s*d it evening when I'm not in control.

    :T good loss abbafan.

I'd be delighted with STS at this time of the year midge and 0.5 lbs is easily sorted lantanna. Not bad at all for the cake and Chinese plan:D.

Is the Chicken Supreme a SW recipe elona? Good luck for WI whenever it happens. Must be good to have your DDs' support.

:santa2:greentiger, hope all is OK. Football's not bringing me much Christmas cheer although you're doing OK.

I was good today, sort of NSV. Went out for pre-Christmas coffee with a friend and as it's a posh place, shortbread and a cookie came with the pot of coffee. My friend ate hers but I insisted she took mine home to her (sweet toothed) DH!

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: ham, mash, cabbage, mushrooms, spring onion, beetroot
D: burger, fried onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, peas
Syns: squirt of syrup, squirt of HP sauce, 1 for burger

Hi all, just creeping in to log a half pound gain. Not going to be very slinky for Santa this year, methinks!

You never know! :rotfl: Although I don't think I have any target members at our group. Or they're one of those 30-odd people who never stay.

I started feeling quite anxious after lunch, as I had an appointment this afternoon and the trains were all messed up. But ended up making it fine, and it went well. Feeling good so far this evening, but DH won't be home for at least four hours so need a non-eating way to fill the evening. Did buy the new mag today (it was out early in my local Sainsbobs!) so will be flicking through that shortly.

Hope tomorrow goes well for you!

  • Tonight I am taking the plunge by joining the dreaded circuit class. My plan is to break myself in gently, ready for the start of the new year when I will make all the changes which will allow me to shift this unwanted weight. :j

    Today's menu
    B overnight oats - HEB
    L banana, apple and satsuma
D Chinese takeaway - thinking of beef in black bean sauce and boiled rice
    Drinks water and green tea

Can anyone suggest any other options with lower syns than the Chinese above?

Weigh in tomorrow but had a look today and could be -3 or maybe 4 lbs this week so I don't want to undo that tonight.
