I'm reporting -2 this week please. I've no idea how that happened!
I'm off work now and have been for a week - compared to the exercise I was doing before I finished work, I'm doing hardly any, and I've eaten anything and everything.

How much do you know about the Slimming World plan BCC? Many of the foods you describe can be fitted to the plan it's a case of how you cook them. So, for example, pasta with a tomato based sauce made with spray oil is fine but not creamy, cheesy ones which would use up all your syns. You don't have to give up bread but the only ones included in the plan are wholemeal and if the dressing includes olive oil then that's more syns used up (6 for a tablespoon). Caponata is fine if you adapt the recipe to Frylight spray oil and syn (or leave out) olives. There's a lot of information about the plan on line (SW website) or in the first posts here. Just ask if you need to know anything:).
I suppose you're looking for something to spread it on which automatically means syns:(. Or you could use your HEB. Finn Crisps are 6 for a HEB and have a good nutty flavour or 1 syn each.
:T on the jeans. A NSV!!
You'd definitely lose weight on a 95% SP plan cheese. As you don't intend to have the extra HEB then it won't matter that you're not doing it 100%.
:T on the maintenance plan shala, sorry to hear you're finding it a struggle tweets.
Today's EE plan:
B:NAS Grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast
L: lentil soup (skipped it for lunch yesterday)baked haddock, sweet potato wedges, mushrooms, tomatoes, mixed veg (mange tout, peas, onion?)
Syns: scrape of spread, maybe 3 syns worth of chocolate
Today's EE
I think I am doing the maintenance ok but its the WI that gets me.
I am WI at 3pm everyday this week to see what scales say. I know I shouldn't but so far I am showing a loss and tonight was showing 3lb loss . Come Thursday I have got it into my head I will have STS or put on and its this if I am correct I cant get my head around0 -

Well done my SW and Elite buddy :T:T:T0 -
Maman - yeah, something to spread it on. Wishful thinking I know. My heart (and stomach) is saying scones!0

You're right Maman it is easier to stick to plan when you've guests in your own house rather than being away yourself.
Tomorrow's plan
B overnight oats
L boiled egg and ham salad
D chicken curry and rice
S apple, satsuma, pineapple and melon
Drinks water and green tea.0 -

I can't bear to watch it live, I just fast forward the bits that are boring! Think I watch about 10 minutes on average :rotfl:
The winners song this year is awful, really boring... I only watch it because I like Cheryl and Grimmy...:D Rita needed to put her bubs away most weeks :rotfl:
When I'm at home I record absolutely everything and just zap through ads and boring bits but sadly I don't have that option at Mum's. :rotfl:
I wasn't a fan of the winners song either shala and totally agree that Rita needed to cover up a little. I didn't mind the new judges and Cheryl's not too bad but at times her accent gets on my nerves :rotfl: I think Louisa was a worthy winner.Hope DH enjoys his Barbie ice scraper!:rotfl:

Aw hope you feel better soon lantanna. Will you be at class this week?
I'm not a happy little bunny tonight as I have to report a 1.5lb gain :eek::eek:. Don't know what is going on but it is making me wish I had eaten all the naughty stuff that I have refused all week . I would have accepted the gain if I had over-induldged. However, I should know by now that these strange things happen and I should just keep my head down and crack on with it. I was 1lb from my next shiney - now I am 2.5lb off .
Well done to all the people who are having losses this week. :T:T:T.
