i went down to that car park to day and parked out side Asda's and taken a photo (wife did ) of the sign right out side the main entrance to ASDA and it says it is patrolled by NGPM looks like a new sign too .. nice and clean ( i bet its cleaned every day so ppl cant say its all dirty cant read it ) yet Asda customer service manager at there head office said they NOT and never have been patrolled by NGPM ..so its not there problem .so i will be calling them again and sending the photo to asda house to get there facts right .
what a load of rubbish and buck passing so i went to another store to day NOT an Asda store and spent over £250.00 (shopping and ruddy microwave and kettle packed in same day good old !!George stuff !!) so Asda you just cost yourself a load of money for your lies .0 -
Asda's usual bedfellows are Smart Parking. Is this a multi-retailer car park, if so it's likely to be managed by an agent like Savills, Jones, Laing Lasalle, British Land etc? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

have you , and others made complaints to the correct people?
without receiving complaints the regulatory bodies do not know of their actions , and cannot act0 -
As above, until complaints are made, nothing will be done and the likes of NGP, DBCL and anyone else like that will just carry on with their ever so profitable business model.
