Asda's usual bedfellows are Smart Parking. Is this a multi-retailer car park, if so it's likely to be managed by an agent like Savills, Jones, Laing Lasalle, British Land etc?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It will be a retail park then with another retailer, so they probably do have the facts right that they haven't contracted this PPC. The landowner or managing agent will have.

As above, until complaints are made, nothing will be done and the likes of NGP, DBCL and anyone else like that will just carry on with their ever so profitable business model.
