NGP and dcbl

so it's the landowner of the site who contracted them then.
This is a CBRE park. Asda are tenants and did not hire NGPM. Plenty of stuff around about NGPM but this is a new tactic as ZZPS/Wright Hassall appear to have disowned them - which just shows! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. just called the dcbl to see when or was the court date and they said its still in the sending letters stage . not gone yet and its NGPM that will send the court letters IF it goes to court .. yet they still asked are you going to pay it NO .. see you in court .. so its going to be cardiff court so ill be calling them every day to see if the papers has been submitted with out me been told ..0
-
just called the cardiff county court .. and they told me that if it goes to court than its the court will send me the papers .... YES im so happy i get to put my side across ...0

it will be new generation that issue the charges , NOT Dcbl , once those are issued (if) then the court will write to you .
it seems tha dcbl are acting out of there remit , and think they have their bailiffs hat on.
this could (if proved) be very hurtful to them , I have asked before , and I will ask once more , please post the letter that threatens to "come to your house" etc etc .
and one last thing , you have been advised not to ring them , why do you continue to do this?
photo please ,0 -
In this case he(?) did the right thing. If you have a bailiff letter you need to know if there is an underlying default CCJ.
In #9 he tried Noodle but that messed up at the moment with all those TalkTalk customers.
Now he(?) knows there is no CCJ and DCBL are close to the edge legally here. And he is in the clear.

however if the letters from the debt collector/bailiffs had been posted much earlier someone would have been able to put him straight.
as this is now (hopefully) a simple NGPM scenario , I,m out of here until the gets court papers0 -
How to post a picture in three easy steps:
1: Scan or take a photo of the letter.
if youve taken a photo then make sure its clear enough ( this may take a few attempts) also if its a photo copy this to your computer.
if you have a scanner it may give you the option to save it as a PDF( document) or Jpeg ( picture) select picture.
Right click on the photo or scanned image and select edit, if you have windows then you should be able to select Paint.
Use microsoft paint to blob out any details such as your full name/address PCN number and so on ( you can leave the location of the parking charge on )
2: Sign up to a photo sharing site such as photbucket/tiny pic etc and uplaod your editied photo
3: post the link to the photo here, if you cant post links then cut out the http:// bit at the start and replace it with HXXP://
Until you post a letter any further assistance is a waste of time, and why are you still calling them?
Apologies if you are genuine but your posting style and lack of co-operation, combined with the sums demanded by dbcl is not convincing me that you are genuine. From the Plain Language Commission:

Unless you've lost at court, had costs awarded against you, you've failed/refused to pay within the time limit specified by the court and NGPM apply for an enforcement order to instruct bailiffs, NO ONE is 'coming round'. So stop panicking and start dealing with this a little more calmly.
Get the scan/photo of the letter up here for us to analyse. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
