is that why i cant find to post the pics LOL.. iv been doing my nut trying to find out how to post the pic of the letters .
ill get the wife to sort it out tuesday . but they got on the top the letter header paper which to me is a crap photo copy as all the address on the bottom the page are all fuzzy like been copied hundreds times .
so its says

dcbl certificated bailiffs high court enforcement

this is the bit that panics me as iv seen these on the TV and how they do it

dcbl are the high court enforcement officers you see on the sheriffs are coming , or the cant pay , series on tv

the judgment mentioned will be handed down tomorrow

after we know the details, we may be able to say how this affects parking tickets, so wait another day or two and see what the advice is which may change due to this Supreme Court decision

I am sure it will be on tv news programmes , in the papers, on here , in pranksters blogs , it certainly wont go unnoticed

another thought, could you have both a private parking ticket, and a council/authority issued parking fine that you have missed/ignored at some point and are getting the two different things muddled up somehow?

the amounts stated seem unusual for ppc tickets and charges, but not council charges.

The dbcl letter would be extremely useful if you want help. If it is as i suspect its a missed real council fine you need to tread very carefully.
the ppc ticket can easily be dealt with.

no iv never had a ticket off the council .the letter i had on the 30th Oct . shows were the ticket was issued the pcn number and what it was for . its all the same numbers on the two letter's
just looking at it again ,.. they have put the place were it says car reg ...and car reg got the place the ticket was issued got them mixed up LOL.

IDR Car , I got your PM , however after being "bitten" by a AMPR employee , and charged with slander/libel by Mr Whitehouse , I am reluctant to publish or give my email to anyone , regarding parking , no offence to , you , just the way it is now

i just got off the phone to asdas head office and asda has never employed NGPM the company at the time of the ticket was pps now smart parking ... does any one know if these have chamged there names to or from NGPM .

Smart Parking used to be called TPS but are not the same firm as NGPM - so it's the landowner of the site who contracted them then.
