I did get it to work after a little bit of friggery, but you need to take the pic down and remove your name, and put it back up again.

Remove any identifying info!

When you post the link again, just post the http link, but start it with "hxxp" and someone will edit it for you.

assignment of debt cannot be collected until a court case has taken place and someone found "guilty"


what they are proposing (second scale enforcement fee and third stage) are turms used by BAILIFFS .


and I think as such they are breaking the law by trying this

ok , they are claiming they now own the debt , have you had a notice of assignment (selling of) from the parking company?


I also not they say they "may visit" (however they are charging before they do??? , in order to open lines of communications.


if and this is only if you can check , that the parking co have not taken you to court , and got a default without you knowing (please check NOW!!) use clearscore , this will show any CCJs and dates


IF there are non , then do as you do with any other doorstep seller , tell them to do one !! they are acting as debt collectors , not bailiffs****

hi sorted the credit thing and there is no change .. but it does say changes in november but no details available but im at the average for the country (the country is in the crapper so thats about right then LOL )
