can you send a copy of that letter and give the OP more advice , this is a sham and needs stopping0

hi every one i had this to day
..............................................................................................................
I've had confirmation from Capital Retail Park that they have requested NGPM cancel the original ticket so you can either ignore or you can write back to DCBL telling them there is no debt and to stop contacting you. Tell them NGPM's Principal has cancelled.
You can also write to NGPM saying that as CBRE has instructed them to cancel, they must cease contacting you and that anything other than court papers will be referred to Trading Standards for aggressive and misleading business practices.
Most of the parking company contracts have a cancellation clause and NGPM would need to go to court and convince a judge they had the right to continue / ignore CBRE which is very unlikely. They rely on fear and lies which they won't want to have in front of a judge.

well iam i happy or am i crying well i can say both ....
thank you for all you help .
i can say this was one hellva bad time i can say from some one who has never had this i was really panicking .i have passed all this over to the trading standards as i want them to carry this on as there ppl out there like me will find this really bad .. and if i can help to stop this type of behavior happening again then its all been worth while
so thank you for all you help ..0 -
why write to the debt collecting Co , as soon as NGPM cancel the charge , the debt recovery finishes there and then , they would look fools if they continued and any money taken from you would amount to fraud ,
do you "actually" think that NGPM will write back to you saying "sorry , have a nice day"
get that conformation from Capital Retail Park , in writing with a name and contact number to go with it , if either of the other two continue , you can have both of them at the BPA , yes , men with camera,s are also a member of the BPA0 -
trading standards are continuing with this as they had loads of complaints .and i got 3 MPs to add there bit on my behalf (who was all ready dealing with this ) as its more complaints i guess TS have had enough and going to do them i really do hope so ..0

Keep us posted please. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
