You have no court & insolvencies on your credit report

just clicked this .. yummy ...
  • so dcbl , are just acting as debt collectors for a case that has not gone to court ,

unless they have sold the debt then only the PPC can take you to court , and if you have a valid address you will get the papers and fight it ,

dcbl have lowered themselves to private parking debt collectors , get your ducks in a row then "IF" they call tell them to do one , IF they try pulling the "bailiff" sketch" , 3 x 9 and say you are being attacked , ONLY with a court order can they gain admittance (don,t leave doors open) ,,,,,,,,,, if they are bailiffs

debt collectors , do one ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, do not ring or write to dcbl

  • a debt collector cannot do anything and if he enters your property its trespass /harassment and sore Ba**s , and exercise for your dog .

bailiffs , which we have now clarified , have different rights , however without a court order ,which they hav,nt got , and for a figure below what they say is a minimum they , they would be causing themselves problems by pretending to be

it seems tha dcbl are acting out of there remit , and think they have their bailiffs hat on.

this could (if proved) be very hurtful to them , I have asked before , and I will ask once more , please post the letter that threatens to "come to your house" etc etc .

It would seem that the person has received similar correspondence from DCBL that is being discussed over on Consumer Action Group. If you look at the comments on there you will see that DCBL could be facing serious problems.
