Sorry to read and run last night. I need time to find the right words.

Have as many hugs as you need and pass some on to your aunt.

(Have just deleted what was turning into a long post about my aunt and her brother but probably not helpful). Just that I do understand what it's like, whether you know about it or if it comes suddenly.

The mortgage plan is good though. Perhaps think that when your time comes you don't want to be full of regrets over what you didn't do.

  • thank you all, we haven't heard back from my other aunt yet about whether we should visit. it is my Uncle's birthday this weekend. Just. Well. no words.

Has been a !!!! day, I am no further on with the decluttering as I sorted a box this afternoon - one box and got overwhelmed.

In other news - thanks to some helpful advice I pondered saving the 35000, I would have to save 970 every month - if I wanted to do it in 3 years. My hurry is that if anything happens here I would be homeless basically and need a place to go.

As I am not planning to do anything for a few months I think I will try this with May and June's wages. It would mean I would have 0 cash really, about 150, but I do tutoring so would use that too. I will use April's wages to top up the emergency fund.

I am so angry about everything, being fat, being unhealthy, unable to get a mortgage or clean a house or house the rabbits or anything. I think the situation with my aunt has thrown me.

in short !!!!!!!! to it all!
    Nevertheless she persisted.
