    I have just tried to access my account. There is now a notification about 'heavy traffic'. There are over 10800 ahead of me and wait time is estimated at 18 minutes just to view login page.

    I think things are a lot worse than we have been told...

    I was able to access myaccounts earlier today and change passwords. Received my latest bill this afternoon but may not be able to claim my prompt payment discount

    My number came up after 20 minutes and I eventually got to the front of the queue and entered my details, only to get message:
    Oops! There seems to have been a problem... blah, blah blah
