She added that in recognition of the uncertainty that this had caused customers, they would be offered an upgrade.
Customers who were financially affected directly will be free to leave TalkTalk without financial penalty.
A spokesperson said the type of upgrade offered would depend on the kind of package customers already had. For example, customers with TV packages might be offered a sports channel that they did not already have.
According to Sky News:
TalkTalk is writing to all customers including those not directly affected by the hack to explain what it is doing to protect their data now and offering the choice of a free upgrade from December 1.

There is no 'myaccount' on that link as it's the same link as mine
It worked for me otherwise I would not have posted link. I always test links I post.
I noticed when using a different PC it didn't work (see point 2 below) so I tested again at home today in IE and Firefox and this is the page I get.
So not sure why not working for you
Edit: just been reading TT forums - maybe you are not seeing the page because :-
1) They were rolling it out in a controlled manner
2) Need to access whilst connected via TT connection
3) Try deleting cache and cookies0 -
I am assuming that TT are going to hike the prices of Fibre and ADSL to make up for the free calls - you don't get something for nothing..0

TO give hope - just posted on another Talk Talk Forum. Very disgruntled with Talk Talk - third hack! Immediately cancelled broadband/home phone and mobile contracts. Wrote to Ms D Harding direct at the CEO, quoted all the tips from your website with regards to the T&C's, informed them I would be considering a case against them for stress, reporting them to the ICO & OFCOM and was not going to pay any exit fees - contracts still had 12 months on mobile phone and 8 months on broadband etc. Informed them I would give them 2 weeks notice to cancel.
Got in touch with Sky to take over my broadband and Virgin for a new mobile.
Talk Talk Chief Executive Office phoned me - I suggested they email me in light of cyber attack how did I know they were really from Talk Talk (Hahaha that bit was fun!!!). Email received straight away to confirm they were looking into my case. Couple days later emailed me to confirm they would waiver all cancellation fees as a gesture of goodwill (None left from me mind!).
Success - suggest if you are looking to leave them and potentially have exit fees to pay - write to the CEO direct and do not bother with customer services - they do not have the power to deal with this!!!
Pleased that I did not have to fight....... GOOD LUCK!0 -
Someone has posted an alarming update on TT Community website

no, you can also call 0800 on mobiles for free
their standard contact number starts with 0870 though, free for talk talk phone customers, chargeable for everyone else.Don't you dare criticise what you cannot understand0 -
