Don`t bank on it.0 -
if I've tried once, I've tried a dozen times, just this minute to register the tt231 code for noddle free alerts and it still says £20.
no way am I applying that, hoping it will be free afterwards. the £20 should be changed to £0 before pressing apply.
I cannot see that I'm doing anything other than they say?
still cannot login to change, the " not stolen password" they reccomend we change.0 -

OK - so it is mot as bad as first thought
But what has TT learmed this time and what will they do differently next time ?
I'm sure TT has learnt many lessons and who knows what the future holds for this company. The lesson I have learnt is that it isn't always sensible to cut corners and sign up with a company to save a few pennies. I wish I had listened to my instincts when I approached TT in the first place. Crikey, advisers whom one can hardly understand and never a clear explanation given when things go wrong. I (like many others) will take my custom elsewhere - even if it does mean paying out extra each month.0 -

Isn't NODDLE free for anyone anyway ?
Why do we need this code ?
You didn't expect special treatment - did you ?
Website is still down - so we will have to wait until that returns, in order to change passwords !!0 -

noodle is free , the code allows you to buy the "addon" email warning service that tells you if something has happened to your account , as noodle (callcredit) only act as CRA for about 10% of companies in the UK , then you are unlikely to be informed that a new account has been opened , by for example talk talk
yes , talk talk think so highly of callcredit , that they themselves use Equifax0 -

However, TT are saying register TT231, and Noddles alerts are free, instead of the £20 charge.For what good it will do.
what special treatment.?
Not me;
