Ok my mistake what about comment 68

totally depends on the judge and the decision

it can vary from a few pounds to a few hundred pounds, but a typical cost may be around £200 or so, but there is no set figure and no typical outcome either

civil court is a lottery , so the judge may award a sum for damages, plus a sum for costs

the PPC is claiming £100 at the moment for breach of contract, this was why they sent you an invoice for it

WHy is there this determination to rush to Court, paul?

I've asked 3 times now - still no answer and no answer to my strong reasons why you are hopelessly misguided about this, somewhat expanded by Redx's LOTTERY analogy.

Please go quietly back, with a nice hot cuppa, a notepad and pen and re-read from your very 1st post.

that would be part of your defence to a court , its the judge you have to convince , not us (if it ever went to court)

this is how they try to make their money, offering parking and then hoping people will make some simple error that breaches the site rules, leading to a pcn invoice for £100

its a money making sc@m , entrapment by providing convenient parking for the targets (you) and then finding any reason to ticket you and claim £100

once you realise this, you will realise that its not about the parking at all, its a method of highway robbery , of finding a way to trick people into owing large sums of money
