There are many parking companies with similar names, so we need to know the EXACT name of the PPC as it appears on the PCN.
We also need a timeline.
Date of parking event. Was there a windscreen ticket given that day?
Date of NTK (PCN) through the post.
Copy or photograph the PCN, redact personal/identifying information, and upload here exactly as you have done for the pic so the experts can pick holes in it.
