I would imagine Paul56 PCN Same / similar to mine . Here's mine word for word front only can't see the back till i get it back from daughter. Hope it can help.

On 19/09/2015 at ##:## a color of car number plate xxxxx registered to you was observed at Central Reads Secure Car Park ,Blackpool Fy1 4DQ site .Not fully parked within the confines of a marked bay and the driver therefore became liable for a parking charge of £100 reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days .

The site conditions of use were displayed clearly on our clients premises. These were agreed by the driver when the vehicle was parked. From this we have reasonable cause to to request the current registered keeper details at that time and write to them regarding the Parking Charge Notice that hasn't been paid ,which the driver is liable for.

The driver is responsible to pay the PCN in full. The creditor Parking Awareness Services Ltd does not know the name and address of the driver . Therefore we invite you the Registered keeper to pay the Parking Charge or write to us with the name and current address of the driver , so that we may write to them requesting payment. Please pass this notice onto the driver.

You are warned that if after 28days from the date above the Parking Charge has not been paid in full or the name and current address of the driver supplied. we have the right to recover any unpaid amount of Parking charge from you. This warning is given to you under Schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act 2012 and is subject to compliance with the applicable conditions under Schedule 4 of the act.

In the event you provide an incorrect address for the driver, or you identify someone who denies they were the driver , we will pursue you for any Parking Charge amount that remains.

Why are you taking NO notice of all the up-to-date proven advice that has been given?

What 'charge sheet', paul? You have not been arrested.
In British Law, this document records each and every charge against a prisoner and the court in which he will appear. It is drawn up by a police officer.

Or, if by 'charge sheet', you mean the pretend/fake/unenforceable invoice you came here needing help with, you have had that help in abundance, but don't seem able or willing to understand or follow it.

Limiting space for online appeals is just another deliberate obstacle set up by these cowboys. Send what you have been shown on these forums on paper and keep your free certificate of Posting.

You can overcome this limit online if you put your appeal in a word doc, then write 'see attached' .
Make sure you then DO attach it, before you hit 'send'.
People do get trigger-happy and hit 'send' before the download is complete: too late then.

Sorry i ment parking Charge notice, what is free certificate of posting as i said i appealed to soon on line my fault, i am trying to take notice but as this is my first time i find it difficult sometimes
