by appealing to them , and getting a stupid/silly/illegal rebuttal , they would be very stupid taking it to court where it would be read out and ridiculed ,

by not following the procedure set up by the government back in 2012 , you are leaving yourself open to a court claim , not all claims go 100% to you , judges have bad days you know.

either listen to sensible suggestions , or go it alone .

what is the point of appealing to ias or parking company

1:by failing to do this you will not come under the protection afforded by POFa 2012
2: the list of very stupid/illegal answers from the IAS is growing , some day soon , someone in power will act to shut them down.

you can assist , by simply typing out the reply they send to you , yes we all need a good laugh

There is a difference of opinion regarding whether or not to appeal to IAS. The author of the NEWBIES sticky is in the DON'T camp; some other people are in the DO camp.
