how about £354 with KLM - LHR to JFK changing at AMS, then a direct flight back... (18th Oct - for 7 nights!)


the best price is £278 on the 1st Nov though... with Kuwait Airways...

What search engine do you guys use to find cheapest flights?
skyscanner perhaps?
I'm (hopefully) looking to go from LHR to JFK in August at some point.

Flights to New York

This is my first post on here and I would be so grateful if anyone can help!

I am planning on going to New York for 5 nights in September with my girlfriend and we are currently looking at all the options for flights! We have been quoted anything within the price range £300 to £600 which according to some of the forums seems overly expensive!

Can you give me some idea as to what we should be expecting to pay and when is the best time to start looking around for the cheapest flights! What are the best sites to look at?? We are booking the hotel seperately and have already decided on the one we would like to stay in - we are reluctant to book until we know we have got our flights!

If anyone could give us any information at all that would be a great help!

swings and roundabouts really....
if you're happy with that cost... and kuwait airways (check their site) ain't any cheaper, book it....

but never check the prices again..

I'm trying to find flights for this summer cheapest I've found is £460 and I know I can do better than that. Looking at leaving on the 18th July (will leave upto 4 days later) and return around 23rd of August (or 3/4 days either side of that). Any help would be truly appreciated. Could fly to Syracuse also.

there's no direct flights to syracuse ....try using kayak as this let's you use various airport permutations

I am looking for 2 seats to NY from London from 24 Sept to 28 Sept pref with Virgin. Prices seem to be shooting up at a very quick rate! The cheapest I have found is £480 (up from £380 5 days ago!). Can anyone help - I am new to this site!

they just increased their fuel surcharges on 1st June
