    Hello everyone

Bob Congratulations on your new arrival, Pleased that you are now getting settled.

Well done to everyone sticking to budgets and hugs to all that need them.

Thank you for the advice on bank accounts OH is reluctant to do it so will have to keep trying

Managed a SFD but they are few and far between. Not had the best of weeks but I am grateful to be in good health and have a lovely family. I need to remember this is a marathon not a sprint.

Tomorrow will be a spend day as need to post a birthday card and get petrol.

Off to bed as not feeling 100% will check in tomorrow

    Night all xx

TOG- I bet you'd be a really facinating speaker. It is always great to hear real life stories from passionate real people. I do hope your job situation won't be delayed or complicated by the things you fear.

Thrifty -the situation you describe sounds worrying. I'm with you too. I don't often have to use clubs but when I am very busy and can't get to DS the fact I can ring up to 3pm and book emergency care up to 6pm is a massive plus. And quite reasonably charged too.

Dolly- hope your DD has fun tonight and that your ankle recovers.

    LuckyStar - thank you :)

Right I'm off to bed whilst it's quiet. Night all.

    Night all,

After months of doing so well emotionally, today I finally cracked and cried at work for over an hour. They introduced even more changes which put me right out of my comfort zone and I ended up getting really anxious, hyperventilating and crying in my classroom with the lights off (luckily it was inset so there were no kids to see it). However, a lovely colleague who is very wise, came to talk to me and made me promise to go to my doctors and to find a counsellor (the latter of which I have been putting off for months for financial reasons). I got an appointment at the doctors and she too recommended counselling and has given me the numbers of several local organisations. So although I still feel rubbish, I am taking a positive step and hoping that a counselling appointment doesn't take ages to come through.

SFD as didn't want to do anything but stay at home for the evening. I do like my own company, especially when I'm feeling down. Tomorrow will be spendy as another colleague suggested going for lunch when she found out I intended to spend the whole weekend home alone.

Hope you've all had positive days

Awww Fmess so sorry to hear that. But maybe it's a good thing to let out the emotion. It's not good to feel you have to be so strong you can't get rid of the unhappy feelings. Hugs to you.

Fmess - it sounds like you are making a step in the right direction before your emotions get too tight a hold on you.

LSD - hope you are feeling better now, those last couple of months of pregnancy really take their toll.

Lucky - hope you are better this morning.

Not sure what the plan is for today but the weather looks reasonable so we will probably get out and about and will go cycling later.

Dd is now at a party, dressed as Twilight Sparkle: purple dance leggings, a darkish blue tee-shirt, a purple cape held on with stick-on velcro, and a purple horn she made and attached to a hairband. And we walked there. All v mse. And dd made tha card and the present was from the cupboard.

Dh and I are now sat in a local coffee shop - as opposed to C0sta across the road. So not another NSD. And to orrow, aldee are doing a sewing machine that we want to get for dd for her bday, so another one lost!
