Glad you are on the mend bob

dolly - thank you for a great thread - I too failed on the tech free days, just shows how addicted to technology I am. My friend has said that her and her hubby are leaving their phones at home when they go on their belated honeymoon next year, which I think is a fantastic idea.

I have had no more SFDs and have spent most of November's budgets but once they are gone, they are gone. Went out last night with friends but drove to keep costs down. I only had soft drinks and had to pay for parking but I still spent £17! Spending the evening on the sofa today as I have a bit of a tight throat (and I love x-factor and need to keep the dogs company whilst there are fireworks). I've bought some treats for trick or treaters, but I am hoping I don't get any as I don't want to answer the door at night!

Hope you all have a lovely evening and see you in November
