Pigpen like everyone else here I cant imagine how c**p things are for you but I worry about your own health. I still think you should ring the docs and try and squeeze in a check up for yourself sometime soon.

In fact a lot of flyladies seem to be having a hard time at the moment, either poorly themselves, with poorly loved ones or just generally things not going right. Maybe something in the air around here. Hugs all round.

DS1 did well at the podiatrists today. We have had so many appointments just lately that I dont know whether I am coming or going. Oh and I was supposed to call and see Mum today and I forgot. I dont even remember saying that I would pop round! She was a bit miffed but all is forgiven.

I need to get off here and order some food shopping or we are going to be having dry bread for tea tomorrow night!!!

PigPen the man defies words to describe his audacity. Let's hope and some others that things begin to improve for you. I agree with yorkshirelass that you should see a doctor for yourself as you are being run into the ground.

It must be catching this poorliness as I am now in bed too. My legs wouldn't hold me up any more today. I did overdo things yesterday and then this morning. I wish the naysayers could see me at my worst but of course they never do.

YL.. it is on my list but between hospitals and vets and court and solicitors and school I have no time at all.. I'm not going to die so I will get there eventually.. this week alone I have Squeak, Moomin and myself with hospital appointments (I need 2 wisdom teeth removing which they won't attempt without general anaesthetic for 2 reason.. 1 .. I am abso-freaking-lutely terrified and 2.. they are likely to need to do some tooth rejigging as the roots are tied to the ones of the back molar.. I have hypoplasia so they need to be very careful.. I have DS3 at psych tomorrow, Pi at vet tomorrow and I need to walk the girls to school because OH is taking DS3 then OH is getting Dot from nursery and I have Tesco and solicitors and school run at 3:15 and post office and I've been commissioned to knit 2 hats and I am simply run ragged!! I have Jacob Sunday and dyeing Monday and 2 more hospital appointments and 1 at vet next week.. and again DS3 at psych and a nail appointment (you see why I have the nail appointments?? They are therapy.. way cheaper than a drink problem!)

I (as yet) have nothing planned Wednesday which means OH is wanting to go to the gym.

I need to photograph a bunch of next clothes and get them listed on a group selling only next items.. next stop .. chazzer..

I'm off to knit.. see if I can find any motivation for DD2's hat.. I am not inspired by it

I use pineapple in quite a few recipes, so it's something I always have in the house. I get them at the F&V market when they have them on offer (often have 2 for £1) and Mr LW cuts them up for the freezer.:o
Do they freeze ok and any secret to doing them ?

Goodness me! We are all in the wars, aren't we :(

Pigpen - I run out of breath just reading what you've been coping with. You are an amazingly strong lady and an inspiration. If I just had some of your energy...Your ex sounds beyond words. Insane, maybe?

Iona - great news that you no longer need surgery - just remember to be careful of your shoulder now. No overarm bowling for the cricket team any more ;)

Take things easy Poohbear and CY

Pineapple gives me mouth blisters - apparently the bromelain content is very high, so, although I love it, I can't eat too much. Funny how it works exactly opposite for you LameWolf. Weird?

Hugs to everyone else - my brain can't retain it all ATM. I'll catch up today.

    Morning all

DS3 has gone back to school, he is not 100% but temp is gone, ears are just still muffled, and lynne he has 2 parrots in his pocket.

Ionafan good news on your shoulder

Mrs MP sounds a nightmare with MiL and the health services, hugs for you both

Bossy - ah glad the tooth is out

Bunbun well done on enjoying your day and cleaning the bathroom

    Pigpen I wish you peace

Pilates for me this morning and ebay buyer coming to collect an item. Need to return some stuff to MrA later and whilst I'm in that town I'll look at getting a warmer school jumper for DS3 and visit the fence place to look at fences. Still driving DH's car everywhere as mine is not due to the garage until Tuesday.

Hoping to get some flying done later or at least over the weekend which it seems is when I get to the flying atm.

    Have a good day all.

    Morning all
Thank you it's just so frustrating, yes I know 88 is "a good age" but in her opinion she'd like to have a bit longer and is still enjoying life.

I have taken on a bit more so have no sympathy for me being run ragged, before the summer hols Id been doing a couple of extra hours a week and cover days here and there for various staff that were off and I am loving it, It is something for me that I really enjoy, Dh thinks I'm mad by the way taking more on, but I enjoy it. It was hinted before summer I might be offered the job of covering someone's maternity leave - my hat was straight in the ring. I got called for a chat with the boss on Tuesday to let me know how things were and that they were thinking of sharing the job was I ok with that? Yes got told yesterday I've got two full days in a week after half term plus my normal lunch job and any extra that crops up if I want it on my days off. I think this will work better for me bearing mils health in mind as it means I can still do her cleaning and go to most appt so with her plus do my own flying and stuff.
I love my job so really can't stop grinning at the prospect of this, ever since we had the kids I've either worked from home doing pittance paid jobs then Got the dinner lady job so I've always fitted in round the kids, 3 have left home and my baby is 15 now they don't need me so much.
Wish me luck cos I really want this to work, I just need to keep on top of my own flying as well so nothing looks like it's slipping but I CAN DO THIS

Hugs good wishes posi vibes sticks and spoons to all who need them

Another one off the half term toots list, we wood stained the garden fence last night, we were just going to do the prep, ie lifting the panels and sliding plastic sheeting under them to stop drips but once we'd done that we just carried on so its all finished now, I've given the brushes and paint tray to my neighbour as she wants to do her side soon.

    Good luck Mrs MP x

Quieter here this morning. Ds2 went on the bus like an angel.

Had to reprimand ds1 last night by text. He posted a video and told the world the actual location of his uni flat. He also videoed all his new technology. I explained I wasn't cross he had bought so much (he saved his earnings all summer)but the fact he was showing it off and thus making himself a bigger target for billy burglar. He still hasn't had a doctors appointment and he will run out of his medications shortly.

Dehumidifier moved to boys' room and floor vacuumed where it had been.

Downstairs dehumidifier put on as last night when I put my hand on computer mouse the shelf above it felt wet.

    House is mouldy again.

    2xwm done

Off out Katerina with other best friend
