Here's mine:
1) Going for a lovely walk with all the autumn colours in the trees, and the sun on my back. We did take a drink with us, which we needed but it was nice
2) Homemade pizzas for tea
3) Getting a bit more sewing done while watching the F1
4) Having a nice time at a friend's bbq last night
5) The prospect of a lovely evening
Have a nice Sunday evening, and may Monday be nicer than you thought

Hi all
Got to do this quickly otherwise one or more members of my family will come up and bite me, they are so hungry!
Yesterday:
1 - The lovely sunshine, always so welcome and more so in late September.
2 - Out and about with my friend in central London, window-shopping, getting freebies and doing "girly" things as usual.
3 - Free rose petal ice cream in Selfridges, from a voucher I got via email.
4 - Freebies in Aveda, from postcards they send me because I am a past customer.
5 - Went to my boss' birthday party in a lovely little Turkish cafe, loads of nice food and very pleasant people.
Today:
1 - Breakfast in bed with DH and a long lie-in, really needed it after all the recent early starts.
2 - Lovely weather out there again, meant I could go out still in my summer outfit!
3 - Went to Alternative Village Fete in the South Bank with DH, a woman was doing sage (herb) ceremonies and gave me a large bunch of sage to dry and burn (smudge) for purification of household. Got to remember to take it out of the handbag and hang it to dry!
4 - On to Greenwich, met with another friend and we sat and chatted in the sunshine.
5 - Yellow sticker salad in M&S.
Have a lovely evening everybody xxxFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
1. The sunshine and remembering to put some suncream on when we went to....
2. Worthing beach for a picnic, bouncy castle, icecream and other fun for DD and I
3. Freezer/storecupboard tea for DD, so not much effort required for me there when we came back tired and happy.
4. Washed, combed and have attempted to braid DD's hair, I wonder what it will look like in the morning once she's slept on the braids....
5. Chatting to friendly people when we were out0 -
1) Going to my allotment. I didn't think I'd be able to go for weeks and weeks so really, really grateful for OH taking me and getting it tidied for winter.
2) Picking 7lb of apples today as well as the last of the chillies, tomatoes, pears and aubergines.
3) Having a planning and shopping list writing session for making chutneys later this week. Rhubarb, Tomato, Marrow and Ginger and some Apple Jelly
4) Putting in a Lakeland order for jam and kilner jars ready for said preserving session.
5) Having a day just for me and OH. Visitors are lovely but today we've had none and no phonecalls or text messages and it's been lovely.0 -
Good Morning :hello: folks - Oh well another week, another dollar........! And still nice and mild outdoors.
AlwaysHappy - sounds like you and your family had a lovely weekend.
Kitchenbunny - Autumn walks are the best of all - not too 'icky-sticky with heat'.
Caterina - another great weekend there and with freebies.
Kittikins - good luck with the braids - never ever got the hang of them myself but they are so sensible for schooldays - IYKWIM -.
sunflower - :j well done on your allotment produce/harvest - great going there. Do you have to buy your jamjars? Haven't you got anybody who can save them for you? Seems such a shame when there's so many people having to put them in the recycling - I must put about three jars a week in mine but just don't know anybody to give them to. You're not, by any chance in the Liverpool area, are you?
Not much to shout about yesterday but .......
1. The day was very relaxed, as the evening meal (Scouse) was cooked in the SC from start to finish and all the prep work was done the night before :j.
2. Used the majority of the veg peelings (carrots, swede, parsnip, leeks) with an onion, an extra leek, some cauli stalks/leaves and a couple of stock cubes (Ham and Veg) to make some HM Veg Soup for today's lunch. Had to rescue it from OH's beady eyes when he got back from the Car Booty Sale - his evening meal was nearly ready!!!
3. Had Scouse left-over. Two 1kg tubs filled (one has some dumplings in) and ready to go in the freezer now that they've had overnight to chill properly in the fridge - so that's 2 evening meals taken care of :j.
4. 2 lots of laundry washed and dried on line/airer yesterday - starting the week with an empty laundry basket.
That's me finished for yesterday - now wondering what today will bring. Hope you all have a good day with lots of blessings to come - love Ollie xxx

Hi everybody,
I am here nice and early but Ollie beat me to it! Just wanted to say good morning and will see you all later for the pleasures of the day.
Have a great day everybody! Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
My weekend's pleasures:-
1. An unexpected day to ourselves on Saturday, we had been expecting to be on child minding duty.
2. DH did some painting on the front of the house and it's looking good, I never cease to be amazed at how he's getting stuck into the jobs since he retired.
3. I caught up on the baking and made a huge batch of loaves for the freezer. The freezer is bulging now but needs to be, as I have a friend coming to stay for an unspecified length of time while she recovers from hand surgery.
4. Nice visitors yesterday left just enough to plate up two meals for us today so no cooking for me:T
5. It's our wedding anniversary today. Am I going anywhere special? Yes, the dentist:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Expect I'll be charged a King's ransom so that's the Happy Money gone for the forseeable future.

Hi all, here's saturday's:
1. Trip up the Spinnaker (actually glad it was free or would have been a little disappointed paying that much for a family to go up)
2. Packed lunch to save pennies
3. Going round Gunwharf quays and OH teaching the boys to buy clothes that are in the sales, or reduced rather than the first thing they see
4. OH running about Fort Nelson with the kids like a big kid himself.
5. The lovely weather.
6. All being happy about having a day out.
7. Being bought a present of a wii fit.
Think that's likely to be it - Sunday spent 3 hours batch cooking for one of the boys to come in and say isn't there a cup of tea, after I made everyone a cuppa (bearing in mind both lads are sat on their butts in front of the tv all day) for OH to come in and say aren't you going to do some crumpets . And then having cooked virtually all day - for OH to say "you can taste the wine in this chilli" - and nothing more  Then he moaned because I missed one spot where I splashed onto the worktop. And today he's saying he's on the verge of leaving me because I didn't mix up his tuna salad well enough  (bye then )working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Hi everyone
Back again after a few hectic weeks away. Life at this time of the year is extremely busy here. So my five today
1. Despite the spring weeds, have managed to keep the vegetable gardens relatively tidy, the flower beds, however are another matter.
2. Took a "lets have fun day with OH today and went to Wanganui to gain some new experiences.
3. Went to a glass blowing studio and watched the artists make some amazing pieces.
4. Had traditional Cornish and Irish pasties at a tiny cafe in the city.
5. Drove along the riverbank and watched the paddle steamer, we will go for a ride on it up river when the weather is better - lots of rain today, so it wasn't running
Great day, lots of fun, and just enjoyed each others company
Blessings be

Hi
need to start being more positive. So here are my pleasures for today:
1. The beautiful bright vibrant red/ oranges on my minature maple tree
2. Having the house to myself - I am never lonely as I have my loyal doggy companions and friendly guinea pigs.
3. Getting organised for the week.
4. Having support from my union rep regarding my work problems.
5. My lovely lady is doing my cleaning for me.
Love, MollyxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
