Thinking about you, Caterina, and sending positive thoughts. What is it they say - This too will pass. Hope you have the time and space you need to sort things out. Thinking of you makes listing my pleasures seem wrong but I guess we need some positives.
1. Finished the painting (at last!!!)
2. Got all my admin work done.
3. Finished work for the week and can look forward to going to Scotland.
4. All the little jobs that seemed quite overwhelming in the morning have been completed (cleaning out fish tank , recycling, sweeping up, that kind of thing).
5. Peace and quiet for now as my parents have taken out DD1 & 2 for lunch.

Mine for today:
1 - registering for a new OU course. It's a bit of a curve ball (I'm doing a degree in Geosciences) but I really fancied a change http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/bin/p12.dll?C01A178
2- Two weeks until Russia (visa pending)
3- Deciding to give an old cardigan a face lift with some new buttons (cost £2.65)
4 - Looking forward to a quiet night in without OH :rotfl: Half a lush bathbomb at the ready!
5- making a fine soup in the SC from left over veg and lamb stock

Mine for today/this week...

1) Going out to the lawn of a local sheik's mansion to watch the meteor shower last night - with my wet hair in a turban because I forgot we were going
2) Cuddling my colleague's new baby girl, and getting very broody!
3) Having a lovely hot bath with half a Lush bomb - free because a friend works there and they give the mis-shapes to staff
4) Seeing the deer and stags asleep in the deer park last night, and getting close enough to take a picture
5) Selling two books online

Not pleasurable - opening handbag at work to find kitten had done a wee in it :eek::rotfl:

Thank you all - he called and it is likely we will patch up - but am really loving it here so I won't be back for at least another week - too many pleasures to list here, including being chucked out of a pub for NOT DRINKING ENOUGH LOLOLOLOL
