5. Counting my blessings about having my boy particularly after reading the thread on IVF/lifestyle choice thread. Some very hurtful stuff on there.
6. One more, got confirmation of our hols in sunny Anglesey today - hooray!!

Evening all,
Sorry to have been absent, the MonsterInLaw was here and i was trying to be polite and not use my computer (goodness knows why i bothered though as she didn't even thank me when i dropped her at the station this morning )
My pleasures today are- Gettting my 'home' back. MIL is a very ominmous presence and insists on treating my house like her home (despite only visiting annually :j) helping herself here there and everywhere and poking around in all my cupboards and crannies, i honestly felt like i had no privacy, so was very grateful that i have the opportunity for privacy at all when others have none.
- Getting my children back. It was difficult to get a look in over the weekend and i missed cuddling my son so much. I do appreciate that he is a grandson too, but he's still my ickle baby and i find it difficult to share especially when i know he loves my cuddles the best.
- Hanging my little ones washing on the line to dry, i always feel tickled when washing their teeny tiny clothes.
- Finishing the remains of my HM banoffee pie tonight whilst watching tv. I made it as a gift for MIL and hadn't expected to be left any.
- Playgroup today, it wasn't especially special or more wonderful than normal, but it was lovely to get back to normality and enjoy my day, doing what i wanted to do, when i wanted to do it.

Hiya all
Finally Ive managed to get back on here so here are my pleasures for the last few days;
1) The glorious weather at the weekend allowing me to dry my washing on the line.
2) Spent a whole day ironing & finally got to the bottom of my ironing pile. :j
3) Exchanged some Tesco clubcard vouchers for Cineworld tickets & went to the flicks to watch Wolverine film - I really enjoyed the few hours out of the house watching the big screen & holding hands with dh(we realised that it had been 3 years since we last went the flicks together - doesn't time fly when your a parent!)
4) This pleasure ties in with above pleasure but deserves a mention on its own - watching/admiring the gorgeous Hugh Jackman on the big screen - need I say anymore :blushing:
5) Having a visit from dsis & dniece who have been away on holiday & realising just how much I had missed them - Especially loved the big hug from dniece. :happylove
6) Having an extra day with dh due to bank holiday weekend.
7) Watching Ashes to Ashes on tv last night & loving the 80's clothes, music & of course DCI Gene Hunt :blushing:
8) Watching Born To Be Different on tv & realising how lucky & blessed I am to have given birth to a healthy child. :heart2:
Hope your blessings are plentiful. x0 -
My 5 for today:

- Seeing the sunshine and looking forward to a day in the garden
- Harvesting some mange tout from the garden for dinner
- Planting my Mum's roses (at last) into position in the garden. She will be chuffed! Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!
