1. Buying a new bra from M&S in the mark down section, was £14, paid
£3.00. Just what I wanted too.
2. Hugging both grand daughters, one under each arm, whilst watching
telly.
3. Walking in the sunshine in a short sleeved t-shirt and trousers and loving
the feel of the sun on my skin.
4. Peeling and chopping my fresh veg for tonights roast supper.

1 Line drying the washing
2 Knowing the farm spuds are in the garage
3 Cleaning the kitchen floor the OS way(hands and knees!)
4 kitten sleeping on ironed laundry ( I know she is naughty but so cute)
5 Home made pizza for DS when he came home from work (bread mix and leftovers but he said it was great !)
and .....................finding a great web site for hamper baskets and knowing the cupboard upstairs is full of stuff to put in them!0 -
1. Making HM beef and mushroom stew and dauphinoise potatoes and a batch of porridge for DS- for the freezer

5. getting HM ginger sponge out of freezer for nice treat tomorrow.

1) Baking 4 loaves -white for a change puts a smile on OH's face.
2) Baking 2 dozen oatmeal and raisin muffins for the lunchboxes this week and putting them in the freezer so I won't eat them:o
3) Leftovers for lunch
4)Using up the leftover cream and squashy bananas for a pudding tonight -slice bananas, fold into whipped cream and add sultanas and dark brown sugar. Yummy

1. Freezing some of my left-over home-made 'scouse' for dgd2 (nearly a year old) as it's difficult for her mum to find suitable baby-food for her due to milk/lactose intolerance.
2. Getting lots of washing done today and all dried outside - just rescued before the rain started. All now 'airing' on the maiden.
3. Prepping, blanching and freezing the veg I've bought in Asda this week - now got bags of frozen carrots, carrots and swede, parsnips and leeks.
4. Made, chilled and froze two large margarine containers of Potato and Leek soup.
5. Sunday lunch was not exactly OS but it was definitely a money-saving one - Asda Indian Takeaway for two all at wonderful whoopsie prices and warmed up in the microwave (cheapest way).0 -
1) Making cupcakes with DD6.
2) OH saying that HM chilli was the best he had ever tasted
3) Using freecycle to get rid of stuff that I would have previously thrown out
4) Kind of OS going for a nice walk to the beach this morning..... Not so OS buying a bacon and egg bun from the burger van at the beach:eek:
5) Not so OS but money saving - I like Ernst and Gallo White grenache (about a fiver a bottle) but I found a 3 litre box of it in Home Bargains for a tenner. It tastes way better as a bargain!0 -
1. sorted out DS clothes and made 2 piles, 1 for charity and 1 for friends son
2. made cottage pie and bulked it out with carrots and celery leftover from weeks meals
3. made home made subway with ham, chicken, cheese, olives, salad and mayo
4. only used DW once
