    1 - Mr S Value choc digestives (3)
2 - Mug of tea to warm typing fingers (yeh yeh as if I needed an excuse hehe)
3 - Preparing soup for dinner using frozen beans (bulk cooking) and water from yesterday's steamed kale
4 - Got my market research appointment email confirmation for tomorrow (£40 to chat for 1 hour about my shopping lifestyle LOL)
5 - Made a skirt out of an old (too short) pair of jeans and two panels of tweed fabric at my textiles class (I am going to post this in the Shabby Chic as well, I'm so proud!).

On the minus side, this morning I spent a ridiculous amount of money (for me) having breakfast out at the Organic Cafe in Greenwich, £7.50  for scrambled eggs with Loch Fyne smoked salmon and a mug of tea. It will be my weekly treat.

Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

    1. Up fairly early this morning and Tesco delivery arrived bang on time.

    2. Peeled 3kg of spuds for bulk mashed potatoes to go with oxtail casserole in slow cooker for tea and the rest to be frozen.

    3. Watched our little visiting robin, bobbing around out on the patio.

    4. Warm sun shining through the kitchen window this afternoon. Basked for a little bit.

    5. Watching OH planting lovely purple heather to go with the white already around the back of the little garden pond at the bottom of the garden and stifling a laugh as he nearly went for a swim!

Love reading all your OS pleasures

Stuck to menu plan, although I wasn't in the mood for cooking (we had Dutch Stampot, which is cabbage mashed with potatoes, I added fried onions and mushrooms as well and some diced pancetta)

nearly finished my sisters Christmas pressie (crochet blanket)

said: Yes please, when I was offered my SIL's old sewing machine so I can start making some things and DD has shown interest in making clothes for her bear, (that will keep her entertained)

Not been near supermarket today for anything (thanks to shopping with a list and not forgetting anything)

Started my Christmas card making( maybe not that moneysaving as you can buy really cheap cards in the shop but I guess special ones are still expensive)

    home.

    3. Cleaned the windows with vinegar.

    4. DD brought the 'Sonic the Hedgehog' cake she had made for DGS
    birthday to show me.

    5. Yummy shepherd's pie for tea with the remains of Sunday's roast
    bulked out with oats.

    3. My kitchen work surfaces shine.. with a dash of hot water and a bit of elbow grease.
    4. My line dried laundry smells divine!
    5. The thick curtains and dark nights make a lovely couple.. very snuggly
