Hello folks...been away for a lovely few days, which will show in my pleasures:
1. Great, fantastic, wonderful day at Cheltenham Races with DH on Friday
2. Seeing the Queen and standing not far from her for the National Anthem - this tickled me no end. Last time I saw the Queen, I was 5 and was waving a flag as she passed through our town on the way to \Balmoral. Also could see her in her 'box' with race card in hand. I just loved it!!
3. Having a lovely winner in the Gold Cup
4. Going to the National Stud at Newmarket yesterday and seeing the gorgeous foals. Do you know - they have to bend their front legs at their little ankles to get the grass as their legs are soooo long? Little lambs (well, not literally)
5. Spending the whole time with DH
w
ps......6. Gorgeous weather today and had a cup of tea outside at work
forgot to say .....sweet dreams everyone. DH is ironing fresh PJs for me just now, which were air dried today and I'm off for an early night. I hope you all sleep well.0
