Five OS Pleasures in your day today

I think people should ALWAYS pick money in the street, even 1p (except when they are off the pavement and in the path of an incoming bus - I did it and nearly got beheaded!).
If anyone turns up their nose at the little pennies or, even worse, feels embarrassed about picking them up, the Universe gets a signal that this person is not interested in abundance and treats them accordingly.
I always say Thank You when I pick a coin in the street. My best find was £80 in a car park!
Sometimes I find myself walking on the pavement and moping about something or the other finance-related ("fear of poverty" thoughts) and invariably I seem to find a little coin or two, it is like a signal from the Universe/Divine Providence that I shall always be provided for, and it stops me moping!
Hope I don't sound too much like the ageing hippy (that I am! hehehe)Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

4. Free coffee and biscuit at demo.
5. DH was on the bus I caught home. I so often travel alone.

I might stop doing this as all mine seem to be freebie based rather than people who post about families and friends and therefore mine are dull and shallow.

I've really enjoyed reading all the posts today, thank you everybody for showing me all the pleasures there are in so many different ways..
Tuesday blessings...
1. Waking early to see the rain stop and the sun come out. Everything looked so fresh and clean, and the raindrops were sparkling on the window. So pretty!
2. Saw my doc who was happy with my peak flow and oxygen levels, made me feel better just to think they were good today. Spoke to him about nebulisers (my current one is far to bulky to take away), he told me I can buy a lightweight one for holiday use. Afterwards I went to the chemist who has them at £130  ! However I did a search and found one on line for £35, exactly the make the doc recommended brand new and fully guaranteed
3. Went to the charity shop to see if they had any boxed games for DGC, and found a beautiful silky robe, just right for the summer. Oh, I did find a game too
4. Trying to declutter, I advertised a 1950's sewing stool and sold it for the asking price. The lady who bought it is doing her house up in 50's style and said it's just what she wanted.
5. Speaking to DM on the phone this evening..it's always such a pleasure as we do laugh a lot during our daily phone calls, and when get together
Night night, sweet dreams x0
