The one my Dad was in was very good, we felt he was getting excellent care.
I wouldn't like to think the manager of that care home is being compared to the OP of this thread as that is an unnecessary slur on a caring, hard-working woman (and I don't mean the OP).0 -
I don't think you should tar all care homes with the same brush.

The one my father was in was amazing. I was just referring to a previous crazed thread. This is a woman not in her right mind, and I'm not talking about the daughter in law.
I know people like the OP - and keep away from them. You can't get through to them. She'll be baffled if her husband walks out.0 -
I'll be baffled if her husband exists.0

The OP is hardly likely to post that there is nothing wrong with the girl, just because someone posts on here it doesn't make it trueVuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0

Oh he exists .....a lot of this is down to the fact the SS has her number and has kept his relationship with his father but keeps her at arms length.
The OP is simply jealous.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Chained up in the cupboard under the stairs?
There's not many posters that can get to me, but the OP's treatment of her DIL is abuse - if it was her partner doing it we'd be telling her to contact Women's Aid. I wish someone was able to get in touch with her (the DIL) to make sure she's getting some support0 -
The daughter in law to be (they are not yet wed) has told people she wants another child even though they can just afford to keep a three year old. It would be a disaster if this happened and my hubby thinks so too. My SS would like to get out of rental property and buy and if she got her way it could not happen. Their son is not yet out of nappies and she just could not cope so I think it might be wise to inform the local social services and im only thinking of the present childs and not yet born childs interests.
The thread had died so the OP comes back with something she knows will wind everyone up again.
Why no mention of the results of the referral appointment?0 -
The boy in three next month and his father is my hubby's son I am not his natural mother. I think my hubs son is fed up to be honest. Every time she says something to us the boys father repeats a different version to hers, my hub says he thinks she is a bit mixed up. She works 30 hours in a office type sales job and her mum does a lot of child sitting when he isn't at the nursery so she isn't without support. I think it is her mum who is wanting her to have a second child too, she seems to be over zealous herself.
Jealous I assume
Has this grandmother no concerns then
What does your husbands ex say about all this, she must see her grandson
I think you need to leave it alone now as you will do more harm than good if you report anything“You’re only here for a short visit.

And I do have a child of my own a 18 year old daughter from a previous relationship.
She seems to have quite a lot to say about her stepson and his wife-to-be but other than the thread about her own father leaving her out of his will, I can't recollect much in the way of comment about her own family.0 -

Goin' through public housin' systems, victim of Munchausen's Syndrome
My whole life I was made to believe I was sick when I wasn't
Her first post talks about moving houses and the whole muchausens saga but what is interesting is this quote from the song.
Leave 'em with a taste as sour as vinegar in they mouth
See they can trigger me, but they'll never figure me out
Look at me now, I bet ya probably sick of me now, ain't you
Going by the last lot of replies people on here are sick of her now. This whole thread is probably full of cryptic little posts. 1 other thing making me think its eminem inspired is she says the kid picked up rat poison in the neighbours yard. Americans call it a yard, we call it a gardenThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
