I noticed that TK Maxx have some lovely knobs in store, or at least the 2 stores I've visited recently do! If we hadn't bought the daft pineapples I'd have been getting some of them! ;) I love TK Maxx for it's odd decorative bits (although some are perhaps a littttttle too odd!), I wish I had a bigger place to fit it all in. :)

Good luck with the hire car, Tea! I don't like hire cars either, they're always so much bigger and more powerful than my lovely little car! :o

    Etsy as well tea.

    Right
Role definitely didn't exist till they met me. They have given the weaker internal candidate the role I went to interview for and want to create a role that is almost a group role that will be a group role in less than 6 months with this person reporting in to me.

Lovely and everything but I need money now. Agency have spoke to a different client this morning and called me straight after for a role that's already regional. He's going to pitch me as a contractor immediate start to buy us time.

All lovely but want money now.

So would the job be starting straight away but changing later, or not starting at all until later?

  • Melly - If you could contract it sounds the ideal solution until the other job is available .

Now have visions of Pyxis searching madly through her posts . It may even be on the original thread . I'd quite like another look - no pressure then Pyxis :rotfl:

Could be a very slow process then. Look at how long it's taken them to offer an existing position to an existing candidate - seems that the wheels of their HR etc do not turn quickly.

Contract positions seem like a great idea. There's no reason you can't stay in touch with company A while they sort themselves out.
  • Sorry meant Tea not Calley !

  • Why do the DWP not have my ESA Form that was posted 7 days ago? They checked all their computer records and said it hadn't been recorded anywhere. If they don't have it by the 26th they will stop my benefit. I shall not panic, I shall not panic.
